β β β β β Avoid changing money inside the city in Milan. If they don't charge commission, their exchange rates are terrible - like 20-30% terrible. I got a rate of 0.611 for the EUR against the USD. The rate that day was 0.89
Else they charge ridiculuous commissions like 10 EUR for 50-100 EUR conversion. That is 20%!
