m	morena cantaluppi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandano cartolina con sconti e regali poi a Milano stazione centrale ti dicono che i regali sono finiti e di ripassare dopo qualche giorno e così ripasso e il regalo non c’è ancora e non ti danno nient’altro mi sento presa in giro ... la responsabile dice che lei non centra ma è colpa di Yves Rocher che non li manda ! They send postcards with discounts and gifts then in Milan central station they tell you that the gifts are finished and to come back after a few days and so I review and the gift is not there yet and they do not give you anything else I feel teased ... the manager says that she does not hit but it is Yves Rocher's fault who does not send them!

I prodotti sono buoni ma non è la prima volta che riscontro tanta tanta ignoranza, anche in altri centri. Deve essere proprio una prerogativa di Yyves Rocher la non formazione. Per l'occasione con l'attivazione della tessera veniva proposto una sconto su tutti i prodotti del 30%. Scelto un profumo da uomo con il prezzo riportato di euro 29,00 mi veniva però fatta pagare la somma di euro 27,90. Alle mie rimostranze mi veniva riferito che lo sconto era sul prezzo originario di 39.95 e non quello scontato (?????). Da evidenziare che non era riportato alcuno sconto sul prezzo esposto e la commessa nulla aveva detto in merito. Poco seri. Ai limiti dell'imbroglio! Mai più.. ho buttato la tessera! Shameful! Choosing a perfume for men with the reported price of € 29.00, however, I was charged the sum of € 27.90.
