Ero cliente nel negozio di corso Buenos Aires una volta!ora la ho ritrovata qui in centrale.. Poco professionale..ho notato atteggiamenti apparentemente strafottenti nei confronti della clientela . Inoltre ho notato mancare di rispetto al personale e di conseguenza rendere l’ambiente lavorativo imbarazzante. ho cercato di far notare che ci si può confrontare in maniera più costruttiva ma aime’ sono stata snobbata con grande superficialità. Mi spiace dover scrivere questa recensione ma dopo svariate volte,stavolta ma mi sento in dovere di espriemere quello che penso per migliorare un negozio a me caro e con ottimi prodotti! There is a new manager at the central store which, in my opinion, can not relate to customers efficiently. I was a customer in the shop in Corso Buenos Aires once! Now I found it here in the central .. Unprofessional..I noticed apparently arrogant attitudes towards customers. I have also noticed disrespect to the staff and consequently make the work environment embarrassing. I tried to point out that we can compare in a more constructive way but I was snubbed with a great deal of superficiality. I'm sorry to have to write this review but after several times, this time but I feel compelled to express what I think to improve a store dear to me and with great products!

Aires, così cordiale e disponibile!!!!! Il lavoro non mi aveva più consentito di acquistare presso il negozio di B.Aires ahimè scomodo. Mentre ora, avendo appunto la possibilità di passare in Centrale e avendo riscontrato nell'intero staff la massima gentilezza e cortesia, ritornerò più frequentemente per i miei acquisti!!! The work had no longer allowed me to buy at the B.Aires shop, unfortunately inconvenient. Mi ha molto meravigliato aver letto recentemente un commento di tutt'altra natura. Conoscendo tutto lo staff di Buenos Aires, sono certa che fosse molto benvoluta e stimata da tutti!! Comunque sia per quanto mi riguarda tornerò molto volentieri in Centrale avendo trovato unitamente alla professionalità un sorriso e molta cordialità!!!!! Oggi 20 settembre presente una commessa, a tono, nata stanca....lascio le 5 stelle solo ai prodotti se non cambiano lei non vado piu' li'.Una settimana fa mi ero presentata con cartolina zaino, ma lei li aveva finiti, ho dato piu' contributo per un altro, e va benissimo....stamattina mi e' stata richiesta la cartolina ma non prevista non l'avevo, risposta: ci vuole la cartolina.......ok chiuso con questo box., infatti in un altro punto, abbiamo scaricato app, dove era il duplicato della cartolina, fatto una spesina mi hanno dato lo zaino....Sostituite questa commessa.
