Sono andata a ritirarli 5 giorni dopo la chiamata e i due prodotti erano stati venduti ad altri clienti. Inizialmente hanno utilizzato la scusa del “i prodotti erano qui da più di dieci giorni” ma mostrando la cronologia delle chiamate hanno ammesso lo sbaglio. Non lo giustifico perché al telefono mi avevano assicurato che oggi avrei trovato sicuramente i miei due prodotti. È riuscita a trovare soluzioni o alternative ottimali per ogni richiesta, superando addirittura le nostre aspettative. Tanta cura e attenzione per il cliente non le vedevo davvero da un pezzo. E la cosa più bella di tutte è che in tutto questo è stata di una spontaneità unica. Ci ritornerò sicuramente perché ho adorato questa signora e il suo piglio simpatico, professionale e disponibile. Il messaggio indicava che il mio sconto era cumulabile con quelli già presenti in negozio e sul sito. La commessa sosteneva fosse impossibile, al che le ho proposto di provare a inserire il mio codice sconto in cassa per vedere se passasse, e infatti passava. Anche a quel punto continuava a insistere che era impossibile perché le politiche aziendali non prevedono di poter usare due sconti insieme, e che lei non voleva assumersi la responsabilità perché poi ai piani alti se la sarebbero presa con lei. Mi ha proposto di chiamare il servizio clienti, ma non hanno mai risposto perché “tutti gli operatori sono momentaneamente occupati”; mi chiedeva di lasciare un messaggio e che sarei stato ricontattato ma ciò non è mai avvenuto.
