S	Sanda Modric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uni Credit nome noto nel mondo bancario sia in Italia che all’estero nel settore SubitoCasa collabora con delle agenzie immobiliari sconosciute e poco referenziate lavorando male e in una maniera non trasparente. A una serie di segnalazioni, a posto di cercare di capire il problema e migliorare il servizio, si impegnavano spudoratamente con tutte le forze di giustificare il non giustificabile evitando di rispondere alle domande presentate. Perché UniCredit non coopera con le agenzie affermate di cui il nome e una lunga tradizione garantisce la fiducia e il valore? Antepongono l’interesse economico alla reputazione e alla qualità? Uni Credit, a well-known name in the banking world both in Italy and abroad in the SubitoCasa sector, collaborates with unknown and poorly referenced real estate agencies, working poorly and in a non-transparent manner. Instead of trying to understand the problem and improve the service, a series of reports made a shameless effort to justify the non-justifiable by avoiding to answer the questions presented. Why does UniCredit not cooperate with established agencies whose name and long tradition guarantees trust and value? Do they put economic interest before reputation and quality?
M	Maria Bisleri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parli con un centralinista che non ha la minima idea delle case che vengono messe in vendita dalla propria agenzia, ma proprio nessuna, gli lasci nominativo e numero di telefono con la promessa che un loro agente ti richiamerà entro 48 ore (e già qui vien da ridere), ma poi spariscono nel nulla, veramente pessimi. Talk to a switchboard operator who has no idea of the houses that are offered for sale by his agency, but none at all, you leave him your name and telephone number with the promise that one of their agents he will call you back within 48 hours (and already here it makes you laugh), but then they disappear into thin air, really bad.

Ha realizzato un buon annuncio e ha trattato un prezzo adeguato con il compratore. Mi ha aiutata a risolvere alcuni aspetti burocratici rassicurando sia me sia la parte acquirente sul corretto iter da seguire. Mi ha supportata nella raccolta della documentazione necessaria ed è sempre stata presente fino alla firma del rogito. Sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta. Ero tranquillo su ogni aspetto perchè sapevo che c'era lui.
