Bad experience. Rough information, crazy errands, and impossible to talk to agents. I honestly don't know how they can do business if they ignore shoppers and don't answer the phone

I needed them "only" to rent a garage, but I found a seriousness and professionalism that I have never encountered in other agencies, not even when I bought a house. I will definitely be addressing them in the future.
