this time i was disappointed to get know that the only way to enter is from platforms... (and it's impossible to enter there without train ticket.) worse for u guys! u've lost one more client!))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales are so rude. I want to give them a minus if I can. The sales keep telling me that don't keep going in and out, but actually, I only went in two times and the second I was going to buy something! Rude sales ruined the whole wonderful day in Milan. So disgusting?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s great that there is a Sephora in almost all of the Stations in Major Italian cities! The one in Milan Central Station in particular is quite difficult, because it is only accessible by those who have tickets. However, their staff were really nice and accommodating. Also, for a small space, they have almost all bestselling products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total incompetent service. They charged us the wrong price. When we talked to the sales woman she seemed very annoyed and unhelpful. She couldn't give us back the money that they overcharged us. Since we don't live in Italy, a voucher wouldn't do it. If it's the problem of the store they should always give the money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. i went to the central Milan store of Sephora, They have varieties skin products for all skin colour. The ladies helped me to get a good product for my dark sensitive skin without whitening ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience in this branch! DO NOT EVER get ur eyebrows done by Samantha!!! She cleaned my eye brows using a thread and i kept telling her its v painful and that my skin is very sensitive and it can bleed but she kept saying not to worry and everything is fine until i look into the mirror and i was shocked to find cuts around my eye brows and it was bleeding!! I tried to complain about what happened to the store manager who was SUPER COLD in his response saying that i shouldnt pay for the service and that they can use some creams from their shop to cure it and its NORMAL that people go out with cuts and it bleeds!!
Veryy arrogant people and iam completely frustrated from what happened and will show all my friends all the cuts and bruises to warn them from ever dealing with that store!
SHAME ON YOU SEPHORA HIRING SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN YOUR COMPANY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sephora is only if you’re taking the train. As a tourist who is double vaccinated, they wouldn’t allow me in because I have not received a booster. They don’t realise that not all countries have given boosters to everyone. So stupid!
