To avoid!!!! Worst experience of car rental EVER!!!! We waited for 2 hours to finally enter. Same for the other client with us. Two receptions but only one opened despite the long queue outside!!!! Terrible planning!! Will never come back!!

Car return went smoothly. Line to get in, but if they see your contract in hand, service guy comes to you and checks in Car immediately. Didn't experience any of the negative comments listed by many customers. If things change after I return home, I'll revise this comment.

Horrible service. I had my appointment to pick up the car at 10 and they took 1.5 hours to give me the car. The lady working there was even sick. They are not paying attention to Covid restrictions. Be careful.There was a line of approximately 40 people waiting outside in the cold. Do not rent your car here. Look for better services

A VERY INEFICIENT SERVICE. We're waiting for more than 1 hour to have the car. All people in the cue have the reservation. There is only one officer and probably there aren't enough cars available. We have just 2 days for our holiday and because Europcar we have to change our plan.

The person at the counter was not helpful at all. She could not care less about my problem, she left me high and dry without a car at 20 in the evening, although i had already paid the car full price.

The cars and renting procedure were ok. But both time I got unreasonable charges. Even worse, this time they charged us directly through bank card for illegal driving, without informing us. I went to the company they say they can't provide any receipt or anything to show us. Btw we never get the right car we ordered online.

One of the worse car rental experience. I have rented twice. The first time they charged 240 euro for a very small mark on the side mirror (that can be buffed out, not even a scratch on a fiat panda mirror that would cost less than that to change) and the second time, 100 euros to clean the interior as if they do not clean car normally (a bit of dirt, on the ground and door entrance) after a ski trip with kids, but nothing requiring intense cleaning. So be aware they are most likely making their money on overcharging anything. The car was full of scratches when I got it, so it says that they charge but do not fix...

Car hire places are always a β€œluck of draw”. Will I have a good experience? Will I have a bad one? We personally has no issues with my experience using them. Very friendly, easy and straightforward check in / check out process. Staff explained in detail what we needed to do as we were travelling to Switzerland (eg. tolls, petrol, etc.) Great location as well - 5 to 7 minute walk to Milan Central train station.
