★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the car earlier tome and make the payment and when I reached to the from a disk of sixt office the refused to give me the car without a valid reason and advice me to head office of sixt company in Germany next day but the payment was already done 4 days before then I had to used the train.such an acceptable action from them!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three months after I rented a car, they charged my card for administration fee about a violation they claim I did. They send no proof of violation or a receipt of the payment to the police. This is a huge scam and everybody should be super careful with these ones.

Special thank you to Sarah for her amazing service, it is sometimes not easy to find a trustable and qualitative renting place in this area but Sixt Centrale and its team is definitely one to go with. Totally recommend for a 5 stars experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Textbook car rental scammers. I thought a big company such as SIXT wouldn't scam decent working class people. But they are exactly like the small car rental companies lying on their website about the price only to be forced into a position where you have no option but to pay more because the car you booked is not available at the pickup point. I hope you receive a big lawsuit soon! You are the worst scammers!

however, at the website it doesn’t mention how to open the gate for the parking area since there is no body near to ask, i had to park the car at paid car parking and walk to the office and ask the staff how to open it.
( you have to press the push button near the gate and wait until the automatic reply to be finished “it will be speaking on Italian don’t worry just let it finish after 15 second approximately ” then a person will speak with you just say sixt and the gate will open )
