★ ★ ★ ★ ★ €6.30 for a tiny 2 flavors chocolate cone (which looked more like 2 half flavors, TINY), only to find out that the chocolate I paid for that was supposed to be at the bottom of the cone was nowhere to be found...
A rip off AND rude service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a small kiosk in the Milan station. The gelato here is very good! I would rank Venchi 3rd place (1st goes to Grom and 2nd goes to Gelateria La Carraira). They are known for their chocolate so I recommend getting some sort of chocolate flavor. They also offer Italian chocolates for sale which make great souvenirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Best Gelato in Milano - I love the gelato at Venchi. The flavors are great without that sickening-sweet-after-taste you sometimes get from gelato at other places. It is also amazingly creamy. I usually get a small cup with two flavors, dark chocolate and carmel. As a bonus, Venchi accepts Apple Pay. Godere (Enjoy)!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venchi is undoubtedly one of the best shops in Italy for gelatos and there is no better place than Palazzo Lombardia to grab one after a long walk. Varieties here are a lot and is not that costly compared to the locality. I have tried the combo flavor of stracciatella with cremino and I liked it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are searching for a unique ice-cream experience, Venchi is the Place to go. Not only is the service personal friendly but also the ice-cream product ways too delicious. The only downside you will witness is the long queue in front of the ice-cream store, I have never seen as many people waiting for ice-cream like here at Venchi in Milano.
