Terravision Bus Stop - Orio al Serio

1st time I've used it but it's total mayhem... Free for all complete breakdown of any formal queuing system. God help you if you need to get bus to catch your flight! Thankfully we're staying in hotel at airport for an early flight. No local signage or information or staff to consult.... Scenes more reminiscent of Calcutta methinks?

Bus left five minutes earlier without telling anything to anyone. The people still in queue which already had bought tickets online, like myself, were left without explanations (a girl who also had bought a ticket online tried knocking on the window as the bus left and the driver completely ignored her). No Terravision staff on the stop either, the staff belonged to another bus company (Autostradale-Airport Bus Express). They told us they couldn't do anything because they don't work for Terravision. I had to buy a new ticket from Autostradale which costed me 10 euros on top on the 8 I already paid for the Terravision ticket. To top it off, it is pretty clear that Terravision doesn't check who has already bought a ticket online and just sells tickets on sight until the bus is full, leaving passengers with a reservation behind. Then the Autostradale bus will pick up these passengers, who will have payed two tickets at these point. Autostradale will in turn to do the same, so the next Terravision bus can pick up the passengers who had an original reservation for Autostradale but couldn't get on it because the first Terravision clients that got left behind (like me) got their seats! Shady business practice that ruins people's plannings (missing flights and appointments) and makes them pay twice. Avoid at all costs.

I booked the ticket online a few days before departure. There’re people buy it directly here too. There’re buses every 15-30 mins. Everything was smooth.

THE WORST SERVICE! When we got there there were so many people waiting to get in the bus. Even though you had the online ticket they still didn’t care and would not let you on the bus if they already filled up the places. We had to hope that another bus would take us and we had to pay again for another service. Arrive very early to make sure you catch a bus!

A total disaster. Even if you have a ticket booked online, it doesn’t guarantee that you can get on the bus you booked. The bus was full and departed before the scheduled time, then obviously, I had to take other company to get to the airport in time. The staff over there told me that I could ask for refund, but who knows if it’ll happen.

Can book MXP transfer tickets online. ?The Malpensa Airport Shuttle Terravision bus stop in Milano Central Station - Milano Stazione Centrale is now the “other side of if”, looking statione Centrale on the left, only Orio al Serio - Bergamo BGY one should be still on the right. Did mot find any clear info before going in person to the station. P.S.: Better to be there 15 min before departure time.

A very unpleasant surprise, bus schedules change every 5-6 days, of course this information is not provided in English! Plan your trip well and check the due date carefully. We had to book another company even we had return tickets.

Make sure you have the right mask with you, otherwise they will make you go and buy one, even if you have 10 minutes until the bus departs. Outrageous!! Not even the national railroad demanded this types of masks, comes a simples airport transfer service making demands! Never again!!
