★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got back from Italy and Switzerland where I are at numerous gelato places. This was by far the best tasting gelato I had in my journeys. Great selection, cool store, and great tasting gelato.

Walked past this gelateria after having lunch and my incurable sweet tooth compelled me to go in and have some. Good choice.
I used to be the kind of person who went for the super sweet, chocolate-y, candy-y gelato flavors, but I am a changed man now. I now try to pick fruit flavors or stuff like pistachio or the like, because I think that is where the flavor is at and then you can judge the gelato better.
Here I got coconut, salted Sicilian pistachio and mascarpone. All three were good, creamy, and tasted like their real ingredients, so cannot really complain. Why four stars then? Because it didn’t blow my mind, and I think THAT is what 5 stars are for, and we need to stop thinking that 4 or even 3 stars are bad ratings. They’re not. This is a good gelateria in my opinion and I was satisfied with the product.
