Il gelato non è di mio gradimento onestamente (ma oggettivamente ne ho mangiati di peggiori ?), ma quello che mi ha colpito maggiormente è la scarsa gentilezza e disponibilità del personale.
Mai visto un sorriso o una parola carina...e tutto questo, sinceramente, nel 2022, mi lascia alquanto perplessa.
Un buon servizio è segno di passione e disponibilità e spesso può sopperire anche a prodotti di qualità non certo particolarmente alta.
 One of the very few ice cream shops in the area, right in front of a children's playground.
Honestly, ice cream is not to my liking (but objectively I ate worse ?), but what struck me most was the lack of kindness and helpfulness of the staff.
Never seen a smile or a nice word ... and all this, frankly, in 2022, leaves me somewhat perplexed.
A good service is a sign of passion and availability and can often make up for products of not particularly high quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, getting the Pistachio Cream gelato was the best decision I've made today (and I woke up in Italy today, so that was an amazing starting point), seconded only by getting the Mango gelato.
The owner serves his fresh, home-made gelato himself in the evenings. He is a friendly guy and his English is great!
My husband stumbled on the place and we went there our first night in Milan and tonight's second visit confirmed that this gelato is amazing and worth coming back for!
