Altrimenti 450 euro (costo della prenotazione praticamente) .... Questi "professionisti", come si autodefiniscono, si sono rivelati inattendibili, inaffidabili del tutto incompetenti. Fatte presenti a TiNoleggio le varie problematiche in cui siamo incorsi - è GRAZIE a loro, in fondo, se abbiamo avuto la sventura di conoscere Rentalplus - non abbiamo mai ricevuto alcun riscontro telefonico e/o scritto. Vacanza, soldi e tempo buttati al vento. Attenzione! Bad experience: they gave us their "partner" in the car rental sector, aka "Rentalplus". These "professionals", as they call themselves, have turned out to be unreliable, unreliable, completely incompetent. C	Carlo Fonto' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato tramite loro un furgone da Europcar, due critiche costruttive per migliorare il servizio: 1 - i furgoni che sui vostri server risultano disponibili, non è detto che lo siano. Il mezzo da me prenotato non era disponibile presso l'Agenzia EuropCar, nonostante io avessi ricevuto conferma e versato l'acconto. 2 - Prendete accordi più definiti con le società di renting circa il pagamento con carte di credito/debito. Ho prenotato sapendo di poter pagare con carta di debito appoggiata a cc bancario con disponibilità in conto ed arrivato in agenzia mi sono sentito chiedere una carta di credito standard, di quelle con i numeri in rilievo per intenderci. Io ho noleggiato un auto presso aereoporto di CATANIA e quando sono arrivato non mi è stata accettata la carta di credito, la società di noleggio adiacente invece, guarda caso, la accetava senza problemi chiedendomi però il triplo dell'importo! Ci ho rimesso dei soldi, del tempo e mi sono trovato in una situazione spiacevole (in aereoporto con famiglia e figli ad agosto senza macchina), ho dovuto prendere un taxi per arrivare a destinazione e rivolgermi ad altra società di noleggio. NON SCEGLIETE QUESTO SITO!! SCAM SCAM SCAM !!! Do not choose this charterer for any reason unless you want to lose money. r	roberto grillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso dire che una stella è pure troppo perchè dire che è una truffa e poco ho prenotato un auto mi sono accorto che era il giorno sbagliato e ho telefonato e mi anno detto di annullare e cosi ho fatto ma mi è stato risposto alla mia email che non ho annullato in tempo perciò non ho diritto al rimborso e sono passati 10 minuti per cancellare la prenotazione ma sono rimasto senza parole in pratica ho fatto beneficenza che schifo mai più . I can say that a star is too much because to say that it is a scam and soon I booked a car I realized that it was the wrong day and I called and told me to cancel and so I did but I was replied to my email that I did not cancel in time so I am not entitled to a refund and it took 10 minutes to cancel the reservation but I was speechless in practice I did charity that sucks never again.

Personale molto professionale, auto pulita e sanificata, noleggio senza carta di credito, la cauzione mi e stata accreditata il giorno successivo alla riconsegna dell'auto. Noleggio effettuato presso aereoporto orio al serio. Grazie per il servizio ricevuto Fabio First time I rented, I was very skeptical looking at the reviews, luckily I didn't give weight. Very professional staff, clean and sanitized car, rental without credit card, the deposit was credited to me the day after the car was returned. Rental made at orio al serio airport. a	alessandro andreassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato prenotazione auto a Catania a ottimo prezzo .Purtoppo ho dovuto cancellare il mio noleggio e l’ assicurazione supplementare per il rimborso della franchigia ,causa problemi lavorativi. NEI TEMPI prestabiliti. IN un BALENO ho avuto riscontro , cancellazione a buon fine e rimborso totale (attendo accredito sulla carta usata). Risposte via chat in tempo reale. Grazie Alessia OTTIMO bravi I made a car reservation in Catania at a great price. Unfortunately I had to cancel my rental and the additional insurance for the refund of the deductible cause work problems. IN THE SET TIMES.
