Purtroppo non è la prima volta che mi devo confrontare con la gestione, ogni volta cambiavano prezzi, un giorno era uno il seguente era un’altro e non ho mai avuto una risposta decente da parte loro. Sempre come se i clienti fossimo dei nemici. Il cibo è buono ma servizio al cliente terribile. Magari con una nuova gestione più giovane focalizzata sulla soddisfazione del cliente sarebbe un gran boost per le loro vendite. They served me rice from the pan with my hand without gloves. Regardless of covid or not covid, it's a lousy thing not to do. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that I have to deal with the management, prices changed every time, one day it was one the next it was another and I never got a decent response from them. Always as if the customers were enemies. Good food but terrible customer service. Maybe with a new, younger management focused on customer satisfaction it would be a big boost to their sales.
