β β β β β The staff member at the self counter was so rude. He treated (in front of other customers) me as I am a thief when he doubled checked my receipts. Afterwards, I explained him that I paid half of the goods using cash and for the rest I paid by using my credit card.
I would suggest this staff member to be friendly and not to be nervous when he speak to a customer. I hope Esselunga Management could give more customer service training to people like him. Otherwise, they will just ruin your business!

β β β β β This is the esselunga I visit every week, it is a nice place with fresh fruit and also many categories of products. The stuff here is nice and friendly. but some time if you get here late, you may found some of the vegetables will not be so fresh and left only a little. In the weekends, usually many people, you may wait for a little bit longer time for check.
