Caro proprietario, un occhio di riguardo per il tuo personale.
Ah sei la proprietaria? Per te sembra normale rispondere ad un cliente che ti chiede dove sia il bagno e tu ( C’è solo una porta ) i caffè lasciati sul bancone stando al cellulare dietro al bancone.. Dai, cambia lavoro, non è per te.
Pure il modo in cui rispondi alla recensione, proprietaria.. Dai, fai la brava e dedicati ad altro.
Vogliamo dirla tutta? Mi hai sbagliato anche i caffè, chiesto 2 caffè macchiati e serviti normali, perché? Perché eri occupata a stare al cellulare dietro al BANCONE.
Il proprietario se ci tiene alla sua attività deve essere professionale e cordiale. E tu non lo sei.
