Tornerò il prossimo anno complimenti.
I found myself very well especially for the welcoming and well-kept environment I was impressed by the welcome of the place and is located a few steps from the subway of loreto and in front of the tram the girl was very nice and courteous.

La prima volta sono entrato alle 17 e mi hanno mandato via perché mi mancavano le fototessere,dicendomi di tornare il giorno successivo. Sono tornato il giorno dopo alle 17.30 (chiudono alle 18) chiedendo la stessa prestazione e si sono rifiutati di farla perché era troppo tardi ed erano oberati di lavoro. Sono addirittura restato ad aspettare un'ora e si sono comunque rifiutati. Da denuncia.
I've been there twice. I had to do the ATM subscription. The first time I entered at 5pm and they sent me away because I lacked the passport photos, telling me to come back the next day. I came back the next day at 5.30pm (they close at 6pm) asking for the same performance and they refused to do it because it was too late and they were overworked. I even waited an hour and refused anyway. To report.
