The car was good, but it wasn't clean. There were papers and objects from the previous client. The attention was perfect and very loyable. The price and the conditions are really good. I would repeat, but I would recomend to call and ask for a previous cleaning.

Worst experience ever. The service is fine, the cars are fine BUT they CHARGE YOU afterwards for some "administrative works" as they call it. So if you've been caught by a camera and received a fine, ofcourse you go and pay for it. At the same time they charge you 100 eur for every fine. We took a car once, received a fine, payed for it, then paid their 100 eur. Then we took a car for a second time - same thing, got a fine payed for it and payed their 100 eur, which they charge automatically. After that they've "automatically" charged another 200 eur for nothing. Although we didn't get any other fines. A year passed. No explanations, NO ANSWERS, NO REPLIES TO MY EMAILS. NO REFUNDS. NOTHING. So please be aware that you might be charged twice for something that shouldn't be charged for. Worst worst company. We've never had such situations before although we rent in different countries. Be aware.

We rented a car for one day, with this Company, and a month passed and they are STILL charging us extra money , saying that we didn’t put petrol back, lying to us, in fact stealing our money, without giving us any invoice or a paper saying something about it. Worst company ever. They also destroyed our holidays as they didn’t accept our EU driving license and they made us paid even more money when we arrived there to rent the car. If you don’t want to destroy your holidays I would suggest you not to rent a car from this company!!!!!!!!!

Just like other reviewers say this company is charging money from the credit card after 2 months on the rental. This will be reported in the police and and in the EU Small Claims procedure.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM EVER. I don't normally write review but I am making an exception to warn others. Car I rented Reg. No. FP854AL, silver Toyota Auris Hybrid. Warning: Check the wheels during inspection, do not rely on the rental agent for full disclosure. I rented a car from the company for 24 hours. Rental experience was fine with 1 hour wait in line. During delivery of the car the rental agent went over the car with me and pointed out only the various body damages. I inspected the windscreen myself and took the car. On return, the receiving agent started inspection and during the first few seconds went to the front right tire and pointed to damage. I did not hit any curb, most of the driving was highway and I parked in a parking lot. I have attached the picture, see if you can spot it, the tire shows no signs of any damage, only the wheel. They ended up charging me 170 euros. The receiving agent did not bother to check the rest of the car, just wrote up the wheel and asked me to pay up. I have contacted the credit card company to file a claim and make the complaint regarding the company's practice. Too many reviews cite the same extortionist business practice. The car has extensive scratches and dents, where is the money they take from customers going, it is not going to fixing the damages. Anyone who rents this same car, if you get charged for the same thing please cite this review and sue these guys. I have rented many times in the States and no rental company ever did this to me or anyone I know

We have unfortunately had the experience of renting a car at B-rent in Milan. When picking up the car, we were told that we HAD to pay full insurance as our Visa card is also a debit card which is the case for ALL Danish visa cards. They claim we must pay 146 EUR extra for full insurance as they cannot make a deposit on our visa card, which is simply not true. We ask if we can pay 900 EUR in deposit (deductibles) in cash or by transfer instead, however, this is not possible. We end up paying 146 EUR for full insurance, and ironically, our contract says they have made a deposit of 90 EUR on the very same visa card for the fuel. In short, we paid 146 EUR extra as they claimed they couldn’t make a deposit on our visa card, however, they made a deposit on the same visa card only 2 minutes after. We still have the receipts for proof. What a disgrace. Two months after we return the car in perfect condition with a full tank, they charge us 100 EUR without sending us any information. We called our bank immediately and informed about the abuse. We have decided to block our card and wait for a new one because we don’t trust this company won’t charge us any further. We have also called B-rent. They informed us it is due to a “traffic rule violation”, however, we have not managed to get any proof of the existence of this violation. Furthermore, it is completely unacceptable to charge 100 EUR without any warning and any proof of this alleged violation. We have no doubts in our minds that this company has scammed us. We would recommend everyone to avoid B-rent at all cost.

DO NOT RENT HERE. I've had a terrible experience renting from them as they gave me a car and one of the tiers was a replacement tier (one of those which are just mean to replace a punched tire for low speed and small distances). I drove for 5 hours on the freeway with two other people onboard before realising one of the tiers was a replacement tier and could have caused an incident at such a high speed and long distance travel. But that's not even the worst part... It took me 4 days and countless hours on the phone to get the car fixed and then I was promised I refund just for the days the car was at the shop getting repaired. Over 2 months have gone by and nothing... either they don't respond to my emails or they say they are missing the swift code of my bank account. I've provided all my bank details 3 times but now I'm starting to think it's just a technique to delay the payment. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The car was dirty and smelly. When I showed up to pick up the car, they took ages to process my booking, even though I was the only customer there on the day. To make it worse, the ladies were rude when I asked for a tip on how to install the car seat (I know they can't do themselves, but I hadn't asked for that), which turned out that it was because they had given me the wrong seat. Even though I had paid for the service, 2 months later, another charge had come through and based on other reviews, it seems that this is a common practice. SCAMMERS!!!
