★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa davvero maleducata, negozio disordinato, capi per terra, altri dentro a scatoloni senza nemmeno essere piegati. Davvero una pessima esperienza! E per fortuna sapevo già cosa avrei dovuto comprare e l’ho individuato da sola. Sono uscita con gli occhi sgranati e tante perplessità.

Ho salutato la commessa e senza ricambiare mi ha quasi aggredita per dirmi di uscire dal negozio per via della capienza. Incredibile, professionalità 0. Ma esistono dei responsabili che controllano questi comportamenti? Magari un cliente sbaglia, ma ci sono modi e modi per dire di uscire gentilmente, e prima di tutto il saluto almeno. Sono uscita dal negozio e sono andata totalmente via. Come me è successo anche ad altri clienti dopo ho visto. Sono andata in un altro punto per l'acquisto. Cambiate personale.
