Un consiglio: non dire mai a una ragazzina "la M non ti va bene", potresti fare grossi danni. Fidati della taglia che ti chiedono e fai il tuo lavoro con un bel sorriso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che un marchio così ricercato sia affidato a un commesso svogliato ed a una signorina assente. Non spiegano, non espongono i prezzi e buttano in sacchetti senza un minimo di gentilezza. Risposte ridotte al minimo delle parole. Peccato.
Too bad that such a sought-after brand is entrusted to a listless salesman and an absent lady. They don't explain, they don't expose the prices and they throw in bags without a minimum of kindness. Answers reduced to a minimum of words. Pity.

Impressive two-story store that encourages you to buy and buy. We went in to buy a gift for our daughter and ended up spending a fortune. The central stairs are beautiful and the shop assistants are very friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando è finito il primo lockdown, la stessa giornata in cui è stato possibile viaggiare tra regioni, ad aprile del 2021 sono arrivata in una città deserta, surreale. Uno dei pochi negozi aperti in stazione era Victoria's Secret. Sono entrata e mi ha accolta il commesso di turno, un ragazzo gentilissimo, preparato, attento, felice anche lui di incontrare persone. Da quel momento, ogni volta che torno a Milano, fermarmi lì è un vero piacere, perché i sorrisi valgono, perché le persone sono importanti, perché (oltre ai profumi che sono fantastici!) è bello vivere un'esperienza gradevole, in attesa del prossimo treno, con un acquisto o facendo un semplice giro per scoprire le novità. Fare una sosta qui è consigliato :)
When the first lockdown ended, the same day it was possible to travel between regions, in April 2021 I arrived in a deserted, surreal city. One of the few shops open in the station was Victoria's Secret. I entered and the clerk on duty welcomed me, a very kind, prepared, attentive boy, also happy to meet people. From that moment, every time I go back to Milan, staying there is a real pleasure, because smiles are worth it, because people are important, because (in addition to the scents that are fantastic!) It is nice to have a pleasant experience, waiting for the next train, with a purchase or a simple tour to discover the news. Stopping here is recommended :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store to buy a perfume. After I found the right one, I asked someone from the store staff what the box for that perfume was. He gave me the box and I left happy. When I got home, I opened the perfume with great enthusiasm. SURPRISE, another perfume.
