★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location, rooms and amenities are all beautiful, but what makes this a true 5 Star experience are the team of people working there. From Chiari at the front desk, Eduardo at the Spa and Steven & Marco at the Terraza Bar on the roof, each member of the Gallia team made the long day of travel and headaches preceding my stay a distant afterthought. As soon as I was greeted in the lobby I was able to relax and felt that my holiday had commenced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There can be a huge variance in service and amenities between 5 star hotels in Europe. This property is a true 5 star property. The service, room features and breakfast was premium in every way. Especially Lucia from Slovakia at breakfast. She called her replacement during her off days and relayed all our preferences. Thank you for the exceptional experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and will definitely stay here again. Very classy and luxurious rooms and friendly accommodating staff. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed for a private event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a nice bunch of people stayed at this hotel. The service was very good The rooms were quite excellent. There was a very good 7th floor restaurant and another restaurant on the ground floor. There was a other bar which was pretty decent and plenty of room for everyone.
It was quite easy to find quite direct and the location was so wonderful for exploring Milan.
And yeah, the cigar room was a masserati shrine.

My wife and I stayed here for the first 5 nights of our honeymoon trip, and it exceeded our every expectation. The staff from the front desk, concierge, rooftop terrace, and breakfast restaurant made this experience unforgettable. They made us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful in planning our days. The premium suite was amongst the best I’ve been to in the world - clean, comfortable, gigantic, and the double balcony took it over the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent breakfast, good staff who make you feel right at home. The location of the hotel is very central to the city - a stone's throw from the train station, and a 10-20 min walk from virtually everything worth seeing in the city. Nice modern rooms.
