★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this hotel if you can. They charge extra for turning on the AC and we found an old condom wrapper under the bed. The people working here are not very nice either.

Rooms were not clean, there was toothpaste in sink, a lot of hair in the shower etc. You need to pay 15 € per night for AC which is only on during the night and is turned off early morning. You also need to leave your room key at the reception when going out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean and comfortable. 15 euros per night for the air conditioning which also doesn't work for 24h and is turned off early in the morning. They said that this is a municipality regulation but they hadn't told us about it before. There is no fan in the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty decent hotel considering the price. Room was clean and the bed and bathroom facility were good.
Only downside is the airconditioning. They charge 10(!) Euros extra for this per night and it never really gets cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 4 nights, very friendly and cooperative employee, big and clean room with bathroom, fridge and small balcon for the absolutely top notch price, quiet neighbourhood. I would recomend the hotel especially for students or low budget travelers that are looking for low price stays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Green and red metros are just 5 mins walk. Neat rooms. Didn't have any issues. Family run hotel. Friendly staffs. Only issue is there is no lifts and so will have to carry your luggages via the stair case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like that Hotel. I've been in Milano for a few times and this is definitely one of the best price-quality ratio hotels I've stayed in. The room was clean and bright. The bathroom was clean and had a cute little window. The staff was very friendly and open. The little dog was so cute too. The Hotel has no elevator but it was no problem, the staff was so kind to bring our luggage to our room. I definitely don't agree with all the bad reviews.
