You would think that due the pandemic, hotels will have some understanding for the situation and that sometimes even when you plan something. Things don’t go the way we plan. I booked a room and unfortunately and due the new covid regulations. I couldn’t travel to Milan. I called the hotel multiple times and I emailed them to explain the situation, but nothing helpen. The rudeness and the short answers were their response. I lost the booking payment and they didn’t even offer another option. The fact that I contacted them 5 days in advance. Exactly the moment the regulations changed and still they didn’t come with a solution. Just blows my mind. I won’t recommend this place for anyone who is also travelling with uncertainty. Which it’s the new way nowadays

Thank you for a great stay during our citytrip in Milan 29 nov - 3 dec 2021. The hotel is located greatly, we almost went everywhere by walk. Room was nice, and we really didn’t experience any noise as mentioned in some reciews. The overall interior of the hotel feels luxouriously due to the black tiles, marble and cosy lightening. Staff was really friendly. Every day our room was cleaned properly. Would surely recommend this hotel!

We were very disappointed with the administrative team of this hotel. At the beginning of September we made a booking on their website, which uses a platform to manage that point, and an error occurred. The platform told us that the action had failed and that we had to do it again, which we did. It was with great surprise that the next day we noticed two confirmation emails from the hotel. We immediately contacted the hotel to report the error, to ask for the cancellation of this "false" reservation, as well as the refund of the amount. The administration didn't want to know anything and told us that the only solution they could give us was to change the date of the second reservation, and this only until 31.12.2021. All this despite numerous exchanges of emails and attachments proving that it was a mistake from the platform and not ours. We don't recommend this hotel.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The service is great and the rooms are modern, clean and very inviting. We will definitely be back!

Super bad customer service. I booked this hotel and I chose the wrong date. (One day off). I noticed the second I clicked pay. Hotels.com was very kind and said that they would cancel, because I immediately contacted them. However, the hotel refuses to do so, because I booked the non-refundable rate. I truely do understand the concept of non-refundable. However this was a mistake which has been noticed the second I made the booking. We booked TWO rooms, so 780 € in total. We are five persons. So if not all 5 would go, then at least 4 or 3. So we for sure need the room, that's what I thought and that's why I didn't click "refundable". Also, this is during a fair. The surrounding hotels are already booked. This hotel will for sure be, too. It's another month to go. Hence, it's not like the rooms won't be sold again. I know this is totally a matter of good will. But I simply can't understand how someone can be this strict. I work in customer relations, too. I know everything is possible. I explained the situation several times. I said that we can't afford two pay this much twice. We simply can't. Hotels.com reached out to them, too. But no willingness to help at all. Not even for a charge. I don't want nothing for free. We come to Mailand every year, but sure will never go to this hotel in the future. I have never experienced anything like this before.

Thank you for a wonderful stay during our trip to the city in Milan December 5 - December 7, 2021. The general interior of the hotel feels luxurious due to the black plates Every day, our room was cleaned properly. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Beautiful, affordable place and great service.

So incredibly accommodating and hospitable. I would definitely come here again and will keep Hearts Hotel in mind the next time I am in Milan. Was such an enjoyable, comfortable, and easy stay!

Great location, you may walk to the city center via nice neighborhood. Hotel is renovated quite recently. Staff friendly and helpful. Maintained well and surprisingly clean. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, including useful shelfs, tables, hangers and full size mirror. Bathroom also organized well, quite good size as for the hotel. We were very satisfied and highly recommend the Heart Hotel. Price also competitive for this area. (Be aware that tram is running nearby, maybe a bit noisy but still fine).
