Hemos estado alojados en Via Ceresio 3. Bien ubicado, con todo lo necesario y muy buenas recomendaciones.

L’appartamento in via san marco 1 al 4 piano scala non merita! Infatti: Non esiste la luce sullo specchio Il Lavandino è otturato La Seditoia è rotta La Tenda doccia è in plastica Le Luci della cucina non si spengono completamente; Le Tapparelle non si abbassano tutte Il Letto è in una nicchia senza comodini e con impossibilità di uscire lateralmente; Il Divano è scomodo; La Pulizia non è adeguata (stampe sul tavolo, mobili, bagnoschiuma usato nella doccia); Il Phone con presa bosch è inutilizzabile perché non è dotato di riduttore per la presa elettrica. Infine il Terrazzino è sporco. Sconsigliato!

Brera 2 is a very beautiful, light and airy apartment in a great neighborhood! Really worth it!

A studio apartment that has comfortable bed and wc. Bc it is a 1+0 we heard the fridge's annoying sound whole night so we take the plug out eventually. Checking in was a bit difficult. We had to wait for the staff for 30 mins at the middle of the night. But professional and friendly staff. Brera was a quite place at night and busy at the mid-day. Easy to walk to the Duomo di Milano and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. 20 mins. Good quality accommodation.

The air conditioning was a unpleasant problem. Didn’t seem to cool on either unit so had to wait for the host to return and reset both both shutting off all electrical power. Eventually both reset and seemed to run. Even by the next morning it was still hot and unpleasant. The bathroom was especially hot. I discovered the air conditioner condensing unit is in a bathroom small storage area. That is extremely unusual and inefficient as they exhaust tremendous heat and and require unrestricted ventilation to work so they are always outside. Whoever installed it was using poor engineering. They added 3 little doors to vent to the roof which must be opened when the air conditioners running, closed in winter to keep cold air out. They were closed so hot air vented into the bathroom and the air conditioner couldn’t cool. Also, the poor condenser coil was totally covered in dust. It would not have worked well even outside where it should be anyway. After cleaning the coils and opening the 3 roof vents it cooled down for our last night. Our unit had a second floor that had sloping low ceilings that required carefully walking to not bang your head. Toilet and tub/shower required ducking because ceiling was under 5 feet there. Second floor access was by a tight spiral staircase or going to outside stairway to second level. Bathroom on second floor making use from first floor inconvenient. A truly bizarre design.

The room looks brand new and contemporary. You have access to TV, although we didn't use it since we're being tourist. It also came with a speaker that connects with Bluetooth to your phone. You can enjoy some music while getting dressed. Your apartment also comes with a washer machine. We bought bottles of water and were able to keep them chilled in the fridge. Also, the apartment is close to ALL the major things to see in Milan. Excellent stay. Just remember that if you want to iron your clothes, let them know before you arrive, so you can have it ready in the apartment.
