Well positioned, next to a Carrefour open late, in front of a great bar. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Cons: poor internet and inadequate air conditioning

Very bad experience! Unfriendly staff, sloppy housekeeping. Dusty rooms, non-existent WiFi. The alarm goes off by itself during the night and wakes up the whole hotel ... One of the worst hotels ever as a tourist! To avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À FUIR ! Personnel peu chaleureux, le ménage est bref. Vous devez rendre vos clés à chaque sortie alors que cet établissement est bien un appart-hôtel (chose assez étrange).
Fuite du plafond, adresse plus qu’horrible.
La fin de notre séjour s’est soldée par une mise à la porte littéralement du personnel pour avoir voulu boire un verre entre amis dans la chambre (23h, 4 personnes). Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue quelques heures avant notre vol retour en France.
Fuyez cet appart-hôtel, un établissement détestable à tous les niveaux ??????
TO FLEE ! Staff not very friendly, cleaning is brief. You must return your keys at each exit, although this establishment is indeed an apart-hotel (rather strange thing).
Leaked ceiling, more than horrible address.
The end of our stay resulted in the staff being literally fired for wanting to have a drink with friends in the room (11pm, 4 people). We found ourselves on the streets a few hours before our flight back to France.
Avoid this apart-hotel, a detestable establishment at all levels ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS A RESIDENCE RATHER THAN TRANSIENT HOTEL. IT SUITS THOSE WHO WANT TO WOULD STAY IN MILANO FOR A MONTH, NOT FOR A HIT AND RUN BUSINESS OR SHOPPING TRIP. THE PEOPLE WHO OWN IT MANAGE IT AS WELL, A VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR. THEY CARE. IT'S PERSONAL. THE SUITES ALLOW ONE TO LIVE IN A SMALL FURNISHED FLAT. LITERALLY NEXT DOOR A LARGE FRENCH INTERNATIONAL FOOD EMPORIUM ALLOWS ONE TO SHOP AND COLLECT MEALS WITHOUT CEREMONY, AND WITH GREAT VARIETY. THE NEIGHBORHOOD HAS BECOME ITALIAN INTERNATIONAL ARTIGINAL IN EXPRESSION OF SHOPS, SERVICES AND EATING PLACES. THE RESIDENCE IS FITTED OUT IN MILANO 1970'S MODERN DECOR WHICH I ENJOY, BUT IS ALSO FUNCTIONAL. THIS IS A PERSONAL OBSERVATION. I ENJOY THE RESTRAINED PRIVATE LOOK. AT THE RATES CHARGED, PROXIMITY TO THE CENTER, AND THE INTIMACY OF A FAMILY OWNERSHIP; THIS PLACE IS A STEAL. OF COURSE, FOR DISCERNING AND NOT DESPERATELY CHIC.
