★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs. 1. The staff isn't courteous at all. We were waiting at the reception for a good 10 mins before the person at the reception even greeted us. 2. The check-in was an hour late in spite of the fact that we had requested an early check in. 3. The rooms have paper thin walls. You can hear the entire conversation that your neighbors have. The floor might as well have been made with straw. The entire room rattled when we walked. 4. The room we had received had a matchbox sized bathroom. The shower was practically so small that you can barely fit in. 5. The breakfast starts at 7. Since we left early we didn't get to see if the breakfast was any good. In all, unless you are on A VERY tight budget and can find nothing else in the city, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to you at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relaxed place, clean, friendly staff, air con in room. Shower cube was small as previous posters have said but i wasn't standing in it all weekend. I was walking around Milan. Area around hotel is pleasant and everywhere is a walk or a nearby metro away. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together but hey ho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience. I booked my hotel room Two weeks before and this is what I got as a confirmation. Never mentioned that it's confirmed anywhere and they didn't deduct from my bank at that time. After two weeks have passed and I didn't show up because they never confirmed my reservation they took money from my bank.
When I called to ask for my money back they called me a liar and they didn't give me my money back saying that I'm not Italian. Found out that it was the manager who I talked to and apparently he doesn't know how to run his business. Very disrespectful ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place had not elevator and we were in the last floor. The room was a little bit shabbu. I must say they provide a very confortable bed. It is more or less near to the city centre. In the other hand, the hosters were excellent, good breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst contact ever. Firstly i couldn't came because of covid. Finally i cured myself and came to Milan the next day (have 2 nights reserved). Early morning hotel cancel my reservation without repayment. I have to find another hotel.
