Ho prenotato un soggiorno in struttura per 4 notti tramite Booking, sottolineando da subito l’orario di arrivo in struttura previsto per le 00:00. Fino a questo punto tutto ok, non ho ricevuto nessuna conferma ma neanche nessun messaggio con scritto che non fosse possibile. Arriva il giorno dell’addebito sulla carta di credito e mi arriva il messaggio della struttura dal Signor. Vlad dicendo che non era possibile accedere alla struttura dopo le 22:00. A questo punto decido di contattare la struttura, di chiamare, gentilmente chiedo se è possibile accedere alla struttura dopo le 22:00 perché appunto il nostro aereo arrivava alle 23:35, il signore mi risponde che assolutamente non era possibile, che non era un suo problema, e che avrei dovuto leggere le regole su Booking al momento della prenotazione. Ovviamente io le regole le ho lette, come ho già precisato avevo chiesto sin da subito l’entrata in struttura dopo la mezzanotte ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta da parte loro. Dopo avergli chiesto per l’ennesima volta se ci potesse far accedere alla struttura dopo le 22:00 anche con un supplemento ha detto di no, che non era un suo problema se dormivamo per strada e di prendercela con Booking perché la legge Italiana a detta sua non permette di accedere alle strutture che non sono Hotel dopo le 22:00. Decido di chiudere la chiamata con il Signor Vlad e chiamo l’assistenza Booking. Parlo con la Signora Rita dell’assistenza Booking, le spiego la situazione e lei mortificata ci consiglia di annullare la prenotazione e mi dice pure che il Signor Vlad poco prima aveva accettato a un signore Irlandese l’entrata in struttura alle 03:00 di notte e non comprendeva come mai si fosse accanito con noi. Comunque ho cancellato la prenotazione, per mia fortuna gratis, e mi è stato fatto il rimborso. Dopo aver terminato la chiamata con la Signora Rita dell’assistenza Booking, decido di richiamare il signor Vlad per chiedergli che problema avesse nei nostri confronti e lui ha iniziato a insultarmi pesantemente, dopo aver finito di insultarmi mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia. È la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere, viaggio ogni mese in posti diversi, mai avuto problemi, lui è il primo, proprio una persona pessima.

Obviously, I have read the rules, as I have already specified I had immediately asked to enter the facility after midnight but I have not received any response from them. After asking him for the umpteenth time if he could let us access the structure after 22:00 even with a supplement, he said no, that it was not his problem if we were sleeping on the street and to blame Booking because the Italian law said. its does not allow access to facilities that are not hotels after 22:00. I decide to close the call with Mr. Vlad and call Booking assistance. I talk to Mrs. Rita about Booking assistance, I explain the situation and she mortified us to cancel the reservation and she also tells me that Mr. Vlad just before had accepted an Irish gentleman to enter the structure at 03:00 at night and he did not understand why he had been furious with us. However, I canceled the reservation, luckily for me for free, and I was refunded. After finishing the call with Mrs. Rita from Booking assistance, I decide to call Mr. Vlad back to ask him what problem he had with us and he started to insult me ​​heavily, after finishing insulting me he closed the phone in my face. It's the first time this has happened to me, I travel to different places every month, never had any problems, he's the first, really a bad person.

"The front desk is open daily from 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM. There is no after-hours reception at this property. Guests arriving late won't be able to check in until the next morning." Totally unacceptable.

Clean modern room in a great location. Good value for what you get. Only warning is that if you do a non-refundable booking you won’t get your money back if you have to cancel a night - so make sure your travel insurance covers this.

Really nice room, clean and convenient location. Unfortunately Road noise is an issue with trams, and I had the added bonus of rubbish collection. Not the apartments fault for sure, but to note this is a great launchpad for shopping and sights, but not for relaxing in your room, or for good nights sleep

Nice appartement. Very big and clean. Only negative: the lights in the room are super bright. No way to dim them either. No romantic setting.
