★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very clean, modern, and stylish. There is a good use of space to put luggage, hang clothes, and keep laundry. Most importantly, the location is phenomenal. It is really close to tons of restaurants, shopping malls, and only 4min walk from the Duomo and the subway stop there. The staff were really nice and let us checked in early as well as give us an upgrade. If you come to Milan you must stay here, you can't really beat the location and the nice rooms at the decent price. My only complaint is the wifi was really slow, only getting 1 at most 2 bars inside our room, the lobby's wifi is really fast. Otherwise wonderful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was good somehow BUT, there was a guy named stephano and he was the rudest person we have met, he talked to us as if he hates us for a personal reason maybe because we were arab? He was rude in all our stay and even when we tried being nice he keeps on being rude. Other than that the hotel location was good and the rooms were clean. Im just not going there again because of this rude Stephano, i dont recommend this place because of him, he will make you hate your stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good choice in Milano. It is minutes away from La Scala, Galleria and the Fashion District. There are several nice places for eating right outside. The hotel has apartments that are equipped with a kitchenette, so it is comfortable for a longer stay. The staff is friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee machine and kettle didn't work the first day. They have uk electric plug burned, i told them that and they never changed it.
The bed was terrible, it was tilted down and the mattress was destroyed.
The toilet and shower were good but they did not replace toilet paper.
Room was clean but small.
Staff was helpful.
Location is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel was perfect. We were only a five minute walk to the Duomo and the metro stations, and even closer to Vitorrio Emmanuel Shopping mall. The room was superb and for the price, I find it hard to beat. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Milan
