L' ambiente molto accogliente e il personale competente e disponibile contribuiscono a farvi vivere un esperienza estremamente gradevole e rilassante che desidererete ripetere infatti conto di tornarci sicuramente al piu presto con il mio ragazzo per il percorso di coppia!
 I was there a few days ago for a massage given to me by a friend of mine. The very welcoming environment and the competent and helpful staff contribute to making you live an extremely pleasant and relaxing experience that you will want to repeat, in fact, I hope to be back soon with my boyfriend for the couple's journey!

Non ho potuto usufruire del servizio offerto da Amati Spa Duomo.
Arrivato,mi è stato comunicato dalla signorina in ingresso che il mio massaggio non era possibile farlo.
La causa è stata che dei clienti dell'albergo avevano prenotato un trattamento, e che quindi il mio non era possibile effettuarlo.
Segnalo che avevo anche fornito il mio numero telefonico in fase di prenotazione e che quindi sarebbe stato possibile avvertirmi dell'accaduto in anticipo.
Mi vedo costretto quindi a comunicare l'accaduto sulle varie piattaforme disponibili e ad eliminare l'account Amati Spa Duomo da alcune piattaforme wellness,e blog gestite personalmente dal mio team.
Ringrazio per l'eventuale attenzione .

Description:
I was unable to use the service offered by Amati Spa Duomo.
Arrived, I was informed by the young lady at the entrance that my massage was not possible.
The cause was that hotel guests had booked a treatment, and therefore mine was not possible.
I point out that I had also provided my telephone number during the booking process and that it would therefore have been possible to warn me of what had happened in advance.
I am therefore forced to communicate what happened on the various available platforms and to delete the Amati Spa Duomo account from some wellness platforms, and blogs managed personally by my team.
Thank you for any attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agreed three appointments over email and then all went quiet. When I called to confirm them (two for my husband's birthday) none had been made. Shocking service so reccomend going elsewhere if you need any help in English or a service which seems to care about customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience! Very cozy, the atmosphere is relaxing and the place itself is really high end. The location is wonderful as well - it's situated in the city center, in a very nice hotel, just in a few footsteps from Duomo square! The staff is friendly and the place is clean! There's a gym with everything you need for a good workout, and then there's a spa and a massage room!
Highly recommended!
