Una delle dipendenti mi accompagna in cabina nel seminterrato (sono state ricavate in uno spazio che probabilmente prima era una cantina) e solo lì, parlando con l'estetista che ha effettuato il trattamento, ho scoperto che il massaggio sarebbe stato di 40 minuti, e non 50, se avessi scelto il total body, ma sarebbe durato ancora meno se avessi scelto di fare solo gambe e addome. Alle mie obiezioni mi ha candidamente risposto che lei eseguiva solo quanto le era stato detto dalla titolare. Salita all'ingresso dopo aver ringraziato la ragazza per l'ottimo trattamento, ho fatto le stesse obiezioni alla persona che aveva ritirato il coupon e preparato la scheda cliente. La risposta? Nei 50 minuti è calcolato il tempo che uno impiega a svestirsi e vestirsi...RIDICOLO. Perché non farli partire da quando la cliente entra nel centro??? Esperienza da DIMENTICARE. Centro da EVITARE.
