★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come da vostra richiesta, riporto di seguito le ragioni della mia valutazione.
Servizio non all'altezza di quanto legittimo attendersi da prezzi e location. Ho chiesto rimozione smalto semipermanente e applicazione smalto normale senza pedicure. Lo smalto normale è stato applicato su unghie nemmeno leggermente limate e pulite dai residui di smalto semipermanente e di cotone. Risultato pessimo. Il fatto che io non abbia chiesto il servizio di pedicure non è una giustificazione per fare un lavoro inaccettabile (comunque al prezzo di 10 euro). In qualsiasi centro estetico della zona (ne ho provati vari) la rimozione dello smalto semipermanente comprende quanto meno la pulitura e la limatura dell'unghia, anche ma non necessariamente ai fini della successiva applicazione dello smalto.
Pur avendovi corrisposto per intero il prezzo della rimozione dello smalto semiperanente, per porre rimedio alla situazione sono stata costretta a recarmi in un altro centro estetico, dove non si capacitavano di come aveste potuto lasciarmi le unghie in simili condizioni. Mi hanno rimosso ulteriori residui di smalto semipermanente, mi hanno limato le unghie (che erano state lasciate addirittura seghettate in alcuni punti) e mi hanno infine applicato lo smalto, senza certamente chiedermi di pagare la pedicure!
In precedente occasione, anche la depilazione inguine da voi (18€ per una brasiliana) non mi aveva soddisfatto, poichè fatta da persona palesemente poco preparata, che a più riprese strappava strisce con poca decisione e senza tirare la pelle. Risultato: peli parzialmente non rimossi, pelle molto irritata.
Non tornerò.
As per your request, I report the reasons for my evaluation below.
Service not up to what legitimate to expect from prices and location. I requested removal of semi-permanent nail polish and normal nail polish application without pedicure. The normal enamel has been applied to even slightly filed and clean nails with residues of semi-permanent polish and cotton. Very bad result. The fact that I didn't ask for a pedicure service is not a justification for doing an unacceptable job (at the price of 10 euros anyway). In any beauty center in the area (I have tried several) the removal of the semi-permanent enamel includes at least the cleaning and filing of the nail, also but not necessarily for the purpose of the subsequent application of the enamel.
Although I paid the full price for the removal of the semi-permanent enamel, to remedy the situation I was forced to go to another beauty center, where they could not understand how you could have left my nails in similar conditions. They removed further residues of semi-permanent polish, they filed my nails (which had even been left jagged in some places) and finally applied nail polish, without asking me to pay for the pedicure!
On the previous occasion, even the hair removal groin from you (€ 18 for a Brazilian woman) did not satisfy me, as it was made by a person who was obviously not very prepared, who on several occasions tore strips with little decision and without pulling the skin. Result: hair partially not removed, very irritated skin.
I will not return.

Mi sono recata da lei con unghie devastate, derivanti da una precedente rimozione di ricostruzione sbagliata, e adesso ho delle unghie meravigliose. Sono talmente naturali che sembrano le mie. Non solo ci tornerò sicuramente ma la consiglio a chiunque.
I have been in this center for a manicure treatment. The onychotechnics that followed me, Michela, is one of the best professionals I've ever met.
I went to her with devastated nails, resulting from a previous removal of the wrong reconstruction, and now I have wonderful nails. They are so natural that they look like mine. Not only will I be returning, but I recommend it to anyone.
