★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio il semipermanente da 10 anni, stesso colore, stessa marca, stessa lunghezza unghie, mai avuto problemi.
l'ho fatto venerdì nel salone nuovo di piazzale baracca e già il giorno dopo mi è saltato. Sono tornata due volte per farlo sistemare ma ha continuato a saltare. Oggi sono stata trattata malissimo, mi hanno letteralmente fatto le mani in 3 minuti in modo frenetico tanto che ho dovuto chiedere alla ragazza di CALMARSI perchè me le prendeva e lanciava sotto la lampada, sono entrata con il sorriso dicendo "può succedere magari il prodotto non è stato messo bene" e mi è stato risposto che è impossibile e che certamente sono io che faccio qualcosa di sbagliato con le mani. 90 euro di semipermanente e tre pause pranzo bruciate, non ho detto nulla ma davanti alla maleducazione non posso che dirvi che NON mi vedrete più, nè io nè la decina di persone che vi ho mandato. Capisco che abbiate mille clienti ma a trattarli male ci si ritrova a zero.

Today I was treated very badly, they literally made my hands in 3 minutes in a frantic way so much that I had to ask the girl to CALM because she took them from me and threw them under the lamp, I entered with a smile saying "maybe the product does not happen it was in good shape "and I was told that it is impossible and that certainly I am doing something wrong with my hands. 90 euro of semi-permanent and three burnt lunch breaks, I said nothing but in front of the rudeness I can only tell you that you will NOT see me anymore, neither I nor the dozen people I sent you. I understand that you have a thousand customers but to treat them badly you find yourself at zero.
