Premetto, sono cliente da sempre, direi, e proprio oggi ho detto loro che se non ci fossero non andrei più dal parrucchiere... E vero, non faccio testo, ma perché dico che sono unici?: perché sono bravi, professionali, l'ambiente rilassante...ma oltre a tutto questo hanno una marcia in più: hanno attenzione per il cliente anche quando non è un frequentatore assiduo, come lo sono stata io in tutti questi anni; per mia conformazione mentale, sanno che vado da loro quando non posso più farne a meno...Eppure s'instaura sempre un rapporto vicendevole di empatia, che non è facile mantenere nel tempo, soprattutto quando vengono a cambiare le persone e le vicende reciproche ci hanno inevitabilmente cambiati. Se mi volto indietro, dai miei inizi di frequentazione, da Marco... ai suoi collaboratori tutti.. Irene, Gianluca, sino ad oggi Antonio..., senza tralasciare nessuno, davvero, tutti scelti con cura e passione...quanta acqua è passata sotto il ponte, eppure per ognuno di loro un, grazie, non solo perché sono bravi, perché i loro prodotti sono all'avanguardia, ma soprattutto perché non solo i capelli sono trattati con le dovute maniere...ma anche le diverse sensibilità dei clienti, nelle loro specificità...Tutto questo, credo, non abbia prezzo.
