The place is small and fairly clean, but the girl who put me to do the treatment was a sociopath incapable which "disturbed" more than one customer. I think they sent her away. We must be more careful to choose the staff if we want to retain customers.

Mi hanno confermato e quando sono arrivata là mi hanno detto che sono due epilazioni. La Valentina, l'estetista, mi ha trattato con premura, il servizio non è stato eseguito correttamente, in due minuti ha finito tutto, proprio trascurata nonostante ho insistito di pasarmi il laser fra le pieghe, mi ha risposto che "arriva comunque". Occhiali forse non in norma, sporchi e diversi dagli altri che aveva in dotazione che non mi ha fornito. Il laser lo girava sempre verso la mia vista mentre lo appoggiava. Farò le visite mediche per accertamenti perché ho sentito disturbo alla vista. Se risulto con problemi dovuti al laser farò causa. Esperienza molto deludente, una vergogna, dal momento che sono entrata e avevo detto che ho comprato il voucher su Groupon, il personale del negozio mi ha trattato con maleducatione.
