Consiglio di chiedere di Marianna che è brava, precisa e molto molto gentile. Le altre due invece, tra cui la proprietaria, sembra sempre che ti guardino dall'alto in basso... L'unica cosa da sistemare secondo me è la gestione dell'app, che potenzialmente potrebbe essere un ottimo strumento anche per poter prenotare senza dover per forza chiamare, il problema è che le conferme si ricevono dopo tanto tempo e ad un'amica è capitato che ci fosse stata confusione tra le prenotazioni e che il suo appuntamento fosse stato annullato senza che lei ricevesse notifiche nell'app. Capisco la difficoltà di gestire tutto quanto, ma è un peccato perchè magari uno si spazientisce per questi problemi di gestione e sceglie un altro posto, quando invece secondo me è un centro valido. È il centro in assoluto più completo e competente riguardo le diverse tecniche di ceretta esistenti al mondo: offrono dalla ceretta a strisce classica fino alle più delicate che a milano fanno in pochi o offrendo solo una tipologia (chiaramente il prezzo sale) come pasta di zucchero, filo e brasilian wax (la originale, anche la più costosa, ma da loro e per mia lunga esperienza solo da loro vale davvero la pena).
