L' ultima volta non è andata male, sono stata seguita da una persona che sta lavorando al Wellness solo per poche settimane e l'esperienza non è stata negativa. Comunque concordo con tutte le recensioni a una stella: centro datato (ma quello non sarebbe un problema), personale maleducato (ma molto maleducato, il cliente gli dà fastidio!) e servizio sommario. I've been there several times with a Groupon. The last time was not bad, I was followed by a person who is working at Wellness for only a few weeks and the experience was not negative. However I agree with all the one-star reviews: dated center (but that wouldn't be a problem), rude staff (but very rude, the customer bothers him!) And summary service.

La signora che mi ha fatto la manicure mi ha tirato una pellicina invece di tagliarla e mi ha fatto molto male, sminuendo tra l'altro l'accaduto. Smalto semipermanente steso malissimo, sbavato, mai visto un lavoro fatto così male. Alla fine mi hanno proposto anche di acquistare 3 sedute scontate e si sono stupiti che non ho accettato. Non è mia abitudine lasciare recensioni ma mi sento davvero di sconsigliare questo centro! Rude and peasant staff, it seems to be at the fish market and not in a beauty center. The lady who gave me the manicure pulled a little skin instead of cutting it and it hurt me a lot, diminishing what had happened, among other things. Semi-permanent nail polish applied very badly, smudged, never seen a job done so badly. In the end they also offered me to buy 3 discounted sessions and they were surprised that I didn't accept. It is not my habit to leave reviews but I really feel I do not recommend this center!

Il pedicure estetico era inesistente, come la pulizia del viso. I tempi dei trattamenti sono ridotti all’osso e non coincidono con ciò che c’è scritto su Groupon. L’unica cosa fatta è un peeling del corpo e del viso. Non mi hanno neppure controllato lo smalto sui piedi, facendomi pressione perché lasciassi la cabina. Lo smalto si è subito rovinato. Ho dovuto farlo cambiare nel negozio di manicure e pedicure dove vado di solito. In questo caso mi hanno messo il ventilatore per asciugare lo smalto e mi hanno fatto aspettare mezz’ora. Un altro livello. Non tornerò assolutamente. Dirty and very neglected place. No customer care or interest. Poor professional level. The aesthetic pedicure was non-existent, as was cleaning the face. Treatment times are reduced to the bone and do not coincide with what is written on Groupon. The only thing done is a body and face peeling. They didn't even check the nail polish on my feet, pushing me to leave the cabin. The enamel was quickly damaged. I had to get it changed in the manicure and pedicure shop where I usually go. In this case, they put me on a fan to dry the enamel and made me wait half an hour. Another level. I will absolutely not return.

Ovviamente perché era già pagato tramite un Groupon, così si sono tenuti i soldi... Attention, the center CLOSED DEFINITIVELY on March 30th and the premises are empty. I had an appointment tomorrow, April 29, and they didn't even notify me. Obviously because it was already paid through a Groupon, so they kept the money ...
v	valentina calvaruso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stelle per questo centro estetico. Sono stata coccolata come non mai, ho fatto una pulizia del viso durata più di un'ora con massaggio incluso. Relax e benessere assicurato. La simpatia e la disponibilità del personale mi ha piacevolmente colpito. Tornerò sicuramente. 5 stars for this beauty center. I was pampered like never before, I had a face cleansing that lasted more than an hour with a massage included. Relaxation and well-being guaranteed. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff has pleasantly impressed me. I will definitely be back.
