★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre avuto problemi di svenimento durante il prelievo, ho cambiato tanti centri ma ora non mi sposterò più! Cercherò di fare tutti i prelievi con l’infermiere *Simone*, non ho sentito proprio niente! Lui è bravissimo e sa mettere il paziente a proprio agio! Consigliatissimo! Inoltre il centro è pulito, l’ambiente tranquillo. Simone toooop!!

Assolutamente da consigliare per chi come me e' particolarmente sensibile nel fare le analisi del sangue.

La Dott.sa che mi ha visitato è stata gentilissima e mi ha subito tranquillizzata.
Complimenti anche ai ragazzi dell’accettazione, molto educati e disponibili.
Mi sono trovata davvero molto bene, il posto peraltro nuovissimo e molto pulito.
Dovessi avere nuovamente bisogno, tornerò sicuramente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una scoperta che mi mancava. Siamo stati in questo poliambulatorio modernissimo in occasione di una visita ginecologica con ecografia della mia compagna.
Abbiamo trovato un personale squisito. A partire dalla carinissima Giulia della Accettazione. La dottoressa Maria Giulia Corbucci poi ha eseguito visita + esame in totale tranquillità. Senza fretta. Con precisione puntualità e soprattutto ci ha fornito molte spiegazioni (cosa che normalmente i dottori fanno con approssimazione). Parliamo dei prezzi. Assolutamente ottimi. Hanno pacchetti da privato che convengono quasi più che il SSN. (ecografia + visita 150 euro ad esempio.) se pensate che solo i ticket costerebbero 40 + 40 con lunghe attese. Allora conviene così. Esame e visita prenotati 2 giorni prima!! Insomma per noi super promossi.

Ho provato questa nuova struttura perché vicino casa. Prenotazione online e fin lì tutto bene. All'accettazione non mi viene lasciata nessuna ricevuta e nessuna indicazione per il ritiro dell'esame. Visita tutto ok. Al termine chiedo quando avrò il risultato e mi viene detto, dopo aver chiesto ad altri, che sarei stata contattata telefonicamente. Passano 3 settimane e provo a chiamare io. Una gentile persona al centralino mi dice che il mio referto era disponibile da più di due settimane...Sul sito leggo che avrei dovuto ricevere un tagliando con indicata la data del ritiro, tagliando mai ricevuto. Vado a ritirare il mio referto, con solo 2 persone davanti, ho aspettato 35 minuti! Qualsiasi persona che entrava riceveva un numero che veniva chiamato prima del mio. Capisco le urgenze o le accettazioni, ma non so se una prenotazione è prioritaria rispetto ad un ritiro...Ma poi senza nessuna privacy e discrezione, a gran voce in sala di attesa, qualcuno chiedeva chi era la ragazza che doveva fare quel certo esame. Bah! Arrivato finalmente il mio turno, spiego l'accaduto. Il mio referto non si trova, mi viene chiesto chi mi aveva fatto la visita (perché avrei dovuto sapere il nome?!). Trovato dopo qualche minuto mi vengono date delle spiegazioni poco probabili. Su richiesta di avere una ricevuta, altre osservazioni sul metodo con cui avevo pagato la visita. Dopo 40 minuti esco con il mio referto e la mia ricevuta. Per le prossime necessità andrò altrove.

Visit everything ok. At the end I ask when I will have the result and I am told, after having asked others, that I would be contacted by phone. 3 weeks go by and I try to call myself. A nice person at the switchboard tells me that my report was available for more than two weeks ... On the website I read that I should have received a coupon indicating the date of collection, coupon never received. I'm going to collect my report, with only 2 people in front, I waited 35 minutes! Any person who entered received a number that was called before mine. I understand the urgencies or the acceptances, but I don't know if a reservation is a priority over a collection ... But then without any privacy and discretion, loudly in the waiting room, someone asked who was the girl who had to take that certain exam . Bah! My turn finally arrived, I explain what happened. My report is not found, I am asked who had visited me (why should I have known the name ?!). Found after a few minutes I am given unlikely explanations. Upon request for a receipt, other comments on the method by which I had paid for the visit. After 40 minutes I go out with my report and my receipt. For the next needs I will go elsewhere.
