★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anni fa era una nicchia di pasticceria,prodotti buoni,curata nei dettagli,personale gentile,esterno curato.
Ora non ha più quello stile, ha perso di qualita' e di immagine e pure polvere sulla scaffalatura.
Peccato!
Years ago it was a pastry niche, good products, with attention to detail, kind staff, well-kept outside.
Now he no longer has that style, he has lost quality and image and even dust on the shelves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno rilevato una pasticceria storica e di qualità ma senza seguirne le orme.
Domenica ore 12.30 pavimento bagnato ma con all'interno persone che ancora consumano. Entro e chiedo un cappuccio:
il barista che ha appena lavato il pavimento di sala e bagno, molla il bastone del mocio e SENZA NEANCHE LAVARSI LE MANI SI METTE ALLA MACCHINA DEL CAFFÈ A PREPARARMELO.
Il tutto senza preoccuparsi minimamente né del rispetto del cliente ne tantomeno delle norme igieniche di base.
Certa gente non dovrebbe avere un'attività di somministrazione alimenti. Che schifo.
They took over a historic and quality pastry shop but without following in its footsteps.
Sunday 12.30 wet floor but with people still consuming inside. I go in and ask for a hood:
the bartender who has just washed the floor in the living room and bathroom, lets go of the mop stick and WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS, HE GOES TO THE COFFEE MACHINE TO PREPARE IT.
All this without worrying in the least about respect for the customer or even less about basic hygiene rules.
Some people shouldn't have a food delivery business. How disgusting.
