Lo Stone Massage con Veronica è stato davvero piacevole e rilassante e lei molto professionale e attenta. Anche il momento dello shampoo è davvero piacevole su dello sedute comodissime. Ottima esperienza. First time in this center. Absolutely positive experience. The Stone Massage with Veronica was really pleasant and relaxing and she was very professional and attentive. F	Federica L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essere stata benevolmente presa in giro sul fatto che fossi difficile da fidelizzare (dettaglio specificato da me) ed essere stata quindi definita “un osso duro”, chiedo un semplice taglio scalato davanti. I ciuffi laterali sono stati tagliati in modo totalmente asimmetrico, da una parte avevo dei gradini netti. Ho chiesto di correggere. Al terzo tentativo fallito chiedo di darmi il pettine per far vedere dove tagliare. Interviene un altro parrucchiere per correggere ammettendo di dover accorciare un po’ tutto per sistemare l’errore. Il punto è che se non mi fossi accorta per il primo parrucchiere che mi aveva già messo la cera (senza chiedere) sarei stata a posto così, mi avrebbe lasciato andare via con dei gradini imbarazzanti e una totale asimmetria tra i due lati, ora se non altro si nota di meno. Senza parole. Ovviamente non mi vedranno più. After being kindly teased that I was difficult to retain (detail specified by me) and being therefore called "a tough nut to crack", I ask for a simple layered cut in front. The side tufts were cut in a totally asymmetrical way, on one side I had clear steps. I asked to correct. On the third unsuccessful attempt I ask to give me the comb to show where to cut. Another hairdresser intervenes to correct, admitting that he has to shorten everything a bit to fix the error. The point is that if I hadn't noticed for the first hairdresser who had already waxed me (without asking) I would have been okay like that, he would have let me go with some awkward steps and a total asymmetry between the two sides, now if nothing else is less noticeable. Without words. Obviously they won't see me anymore.

He was very harsh on my hair and I asked him to slightly give a curly effect. He was so harsh and pulled out half of my hair and he didn't know how to set my hair, after i reached home my hair looked like I hadn't washed or brushed. I could have asked them to redo it, but I was afraid that I'll lose the rest of my hair so I decided not to go back.
