Accettano i pacchetti e poi non hanno disponibilità per fare le sedute nelle tempistiche da rispettare. Da evitare assolutamente! Bad, I could give 1000 examples. Spero di avere un rimborso. Ritardo delle operatrici, ambiente angusto e sporco (hanno semplicemente piazzato il macchinario in una specie di sgabuzzino per le scope fetido e non areato), ma la ciliegina sulla torta è la signora che si occupa del laser. Non mi ha coperto i nei come avrebbe dovuto, non ha esaminato prima la tipologia di pelle come si dovrebbe fare alla prima seduta, non ha regolato il macchinario e l'ha lasciato al MASSIMO facendomi parecchio male. Quando mi sono lamentata, si è rifiutata di abbassarlo dicendo che il laser si fa così e basta e si è anche permessa di dirmi che è colpa mia se sono troppo sensibile e non riesco a resistere al dolore (ho un tatuaggio e ho fatto la ceretta per anni, direi che a questi piccoli dolori riesco a resistere). Inizialmente nutrivo un po' di timore, a causa di alcune recensioni che leggevo durante l'attesa del mio turno...ma mi sono ricreduta non appena il turbante del dopo lavaggio è calato. Un'ora ad attendere qualcuno che arrivasse per 5 minuti esatti di laser, nessuna protezione adeguata per proteggere la persona. Il macchinario all'ennesima potenza e nonostante abbia ripreso colei che ha eseguito il lavoro, non lo ha abbassato perché secondo lei era giusto così. Avevo acquistato diverse sedute tra le quali 4 di queste cancellate senza che io le abbia fatte, ma secondo la loro agenda erano già state effettuate. This is the first time I ever complain online about any service, and the reason why I am writing now is because I have never been so disappointed. I will speak regarding the laser treatment staff: they are rude and making or not an appointment doesn’t mean anything. Out of the 5 sessions that I bought for entire leg realmente, only once did they take more than 5 min to do both my entire legs. I was suppose to continuo treatment but I decided to go elsewhere. I suggest you do the same
