Discutibile la tecnica del colore e del taglio. Il colore è esattamente tutto ciò che non volevo e il capello risulta, a distanza di una settimana, mediamente rovinato. I personale è però cordiale e il cliente molto coccolato con varie forme di attenzioni. Il prezzo è secondo me alto per la qualità della prestazione. Purtroppo, sconsigliato. I made the color with Olaplex cut and fold treatment. The owner did not show up until the end of the treatment. The technique of color and cut is questionable. The color is exactly everything I did not want and the hair is, after a week, on average damaged. The staff, however, is friendly and the customer is very pampered with various forms of attention. Avevo bisogno di trattamenti specifici venendo da un' esperienza di capelli bruciati con un colore disforme, nel tentativo di recuperare un danno da un primo castano risultato giallo arancione.,per poi diventare nero. Esser stata ascoltata e seguita è stato molto importante , soprattutto spiegarmi cosa si poteva fare per evitarmi un taglio riparatore drastico, I prodotti sono di altissima qualità, che hanno permesso di fare riprendere morbidezza e lucentezza al capello. Davvero soddisfatta ,assolutamente consigliato , e ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. I was followed by Alex, a very professional person! Mi ha accolto Alex e con molta calma mi ha tranquillizzato proponendomi la soluzione che riteneva più opportuna e poi, passo passo, spiegandomi cosa stava facendo. Il risultato è sorprendente. Ha corretto il colore rendendolo decisamente più adeguato alla mia pelle (e partendo da un giallo pannocchia ha davvero fatto miracoli), ha corretto il sistemato il taglio che ora è carino (sono ancora troppo corti, ma non é certo colpa sua, anzi...) e mi ha curato cute e capello, consigliandomi anche alcuni prodotti da usare a casa. Capelli e autostima salvi. Grazie Alex!!! Un plauso anche alla gentilezza della signorina alla reception e alla pulizia del locale (c'é addirittura un armadio igienizzante per i cappotti). Tornerò sicuramente (anzi ho già fissato il prossimo appuntamento). Consigliatissimo per chi vuole gentilezza e professionalità al giusto prezzo. I entered this salon desperate, with my hair completely damaged by a previous hairdresser, an unwatchable cut and an unlikely color. Alex welcomed me and calmly reassured me by proposing the solution he thought most appropriate and then, step by step, explaining what he was doing. The result is surprising. He corrected the color making it much more suitable for my skin (and starting from a yellow corncob he really worked wonders), he corrected the fixed cut that is now cute (they are still too short, but it is certainly not his fault, quite the contrary .. .) and took care of my scalp and hair, also recommending some products to use at home. Safe hair and self-esteem. Thanks Alex !!! We also applaud the kindness of the young lady at the reception and the cleanliness of the room (there is even a sanitizing cabinet for coats). I will definitely be back (in fact I have already set the next appointment). Highly recommended for those who want kindness and professionalism at the right price.

I had an appointment and waited under ten minutes. My €55 were worth every cent. I wish I had such a hair dresser in Chicago, were I live.
