★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite negative experience. I asked in advance to book me for cut, hair dye and manicure. I highlighted that hairdresser should be good enough to know what its doing. In fact, my manicure took longer than expected (btw this was done really well, thanks for that at least), during that i was observing how my hairdresser was stressing about delay during her emotional discussion with receptionist (sorry its not what i come to see or to pay for and definitely not my problem if someone had a bad day). Agter that my hairdresser takes another client just 5 min before my manicure was done. Meanwhile receptionists suggests me to cancel my appointment with hairdresser explaining it as « there is not enough time for you ». Seriously?! This was the main reason i booked my appt at your salon after to all positive feedbacks i read abt (considering im not living in Milan), but because someone couldnt calculate sufficient amount of time i had to cancel and not even sorry?! I ended up with intern, who made smth way too far from what i have asked for. Regret. So no, i wont recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a last minute hair cut with my sister. We got the appointment for the same day without any problems. Francesco cut both our hair and did it exactly how we described it to him before (despite some language/translation barriers). All together a great experience with good value for money (50€ each for wash+cut+style).
Definitely recommend!
