Mi sono sentita come se fossi cliente da sempre, tutto il team è professionale e preparato. Volevo fare un cambiamento, ma non sapevo esattamente cosa fare. Durante la consulenza mi hanno mostrato diverse foto di acconciature e colori che potevano essere adatti a me. Hanno fatto esattamente quello che ho scelto!! Grazie a Sabrina e il suo team per tutto! ❤️❤️ I was for the first time on the advice of friends, I must say that I had a great time! ?? I felt like I had always been a client, the whole team is professional and prepared. I wanted to make a change, but I didn't know exactly what to do. During the consultation they showed me several photos of hairstyles and colors that could be suitable for me. They did exactly what I chose !! Thanks to Sabrina and her team for everything! ❤️❤️

Ci sono comfort che fanno sentire il cliente coccolato (dalla poltrona massaggiante presente al lavatesta, alle varie postazioni..) Se il telefono squilla, c'è sempre qualcuno pronto a rispondere (tendenzialmente Walter). La proprietaria, Sabrina, è sempre attenta al suo lavoro e a quello delle sue dipendenti, ragazze giovani ma preparate..uno staff davvero brillante e "sul pezzo" (come amo dire io)! Complimenti! The shop is welcoming and well furnished. There are comforts that make the customer feel pampered (from the massage chair present to the wash unit, to the various workstations ..) If the phone rings, there is always someone ready to answer (basically Walter). The owner, Sabrina, is always attentive to her work and that of her employees, young but well-trained girls .. a truly brilliant and "on-the-spot" staff (as I love to say)! Congratulations!

I miei capelli erano diventati troppo scuri a causa di tinte fai da te e volevo scendere di qualche tono, per tornare ad un castano naturale. Ho ottenuto esattamente il risultato desiderato. Tanta professionalità e attenzione ad ogni dettaglio. Un lavoro complesso realizzato con la massima cura. Vorrei ringraziare in particolare Claudia che mi ha seguita, è davvero bravissima, oltre alle ragazze che hanno dato un supporto fondamentale durante il lavoro. Grazie! Il mio nuovo salone del cuore. A presto! I went to Papalu for a color change. My hair had gotten too dark due to DIY dyes and I wanted to go down a few tones, to go back to a natural brown. I got exactly the desired result. A lot of professionalism and attention to every detail. A complex job carried out with the utmost care. I would like to thank in particular Claudia who followed me, she is really very good, in addition to the girls who gave fundamental support during the work. Thank you! My new salon of the heart. Ho aspettato un po' a scrivere la recensione perchè ho voluto vedere la resa del taglio sulla lunga distanza. Che dire, sono molto contenta! Sono stata coccolata e seguita con molta attenzione, la persona che ha eseguito il taglio (purtroppo non mi ricordo il nome), mi ha dedicato il giusto tempo per ascoltare le mie esigenze e spiegarmi le sue proposte, senza fretta. il salone poi è molto bello, grande cortesia e attenzione per il cliente. Non esito a consigliarlo e sicuramente ritornerò. I went to Papalu on Thursday 2nd December for a cut and fold. I waited a while to write the review because I wanted to see the long distance cutting performance. What can I say, I'm very happy! I was pampered and followed very carefully, the person who made the cut (unfortunately I don't remember the name), took the right time to listen to my needs and explain his proposals, without haste. then the salon is very nice, great courtesy and attention to the customer. I have no hesitation in recommending it and will certainly return.
I	Irina Del Buono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good colorist Tanya. They use Australian products of Kevin Murfey which are very gentle on hair and give it a healthy look. The best cutter is Simona. They do not speak English though. Overall is very nice cosy salon and could be recommended.
