I must say that hairdressers are really good. The low rating is for the price: I paid for some things I didn't ask for (like 7 euros for ... relaxation ?!)
V	Viviana Vesce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo centro perché consigliato da un parrucchiere che ci lavora decantando la vasta gamma di colori Oreal. Volevo spegnere il biondo estivo, come abitualmente in autunno faccio, per avere un colore più caldo sempre mantenendo delle schiariture. La titolare si è subito mostrata pronta ma il risultato una tragedia. Dopo più di ore la mia testa era bicolor e il giorno successivo ammettendo il loro errore hanno cercato di sistemare ma nulla da fare..! Il risultato è stato testa rossa con base rosso nero, lunghezze nere e rosse con sprazzi di biondo color bruciato. Non si può giocare così con i colori e soprattutto con i capelli. Quando ero entrata in questo parrucchiere avevo i miei bellissimi capelli sani ora non più. Sbagliare è umano ma non si sono neanche proposti di REGALARMI dopo mille scuse per il disastro fattomi una cura di ristrutturazione dei miei capelli. Cari signori quando si sbaglia non bastano le scuse serve altro. Si restituiscono i soldi perché io ho pagato per rovinarmi i capelli! OVVIAMENTE SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUWSTO POSTO PER CHI COME ME LAVORA CON L’IMMAGINE! I went to this center because it was recommended by a hairdresser who works there extolling the wide range of Oreal colors. I wanted to turn off the summer blond, as I usually do in autumn, to have a warmer color while maintaining lightening. The owner immediately showed herself ready but the result was a tragedy. After more than hours my head was bicolor and the next day, admitting their mistake, they tried to fix it but nothing to do ..! The result was a red head with a black red base, black and red lengths with flashes of burnt blond. You can't play with colors and especially with hair like that. When I entered this hairdresser I had my beautiful healthy hair now not anymore. To be wrong is human but they have not even proposed to GIVE ME after a thousand apologies for the disaster made me a restructuring treatment of my hair. Dear gentlemen, when you make a mistake, an apology is not enough, you need more. The money is returned because I paid to ruin my hair! OBVIOUSLY I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR THOSE LIKE ME WHO WORK WITH THE IMAGE!

Tutto il personale è estremamente cordiale e professionale e i parrucchieri molto preparati. Le estetiste poi sono gentilissime e capaci di farti sentire rigenerata e coccolata dopo ogni seduta. A tutto questo si aggiungono tecnologie all'avanguardia e un ambiente decisamente curato ed elegante. Consigliatissimo! A beautiful place to spend a few hours of relaxation to take care of yourself. All the staff are extremely friendly and professional and the hairdressers very well trained. The beauticians are also very kind and able to make you feel regenerated and pampered after each session. To all this are added cutting-edge technologies and a decidedly refined and elegant environment. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo testato i maggiori servizi offerti: taglio e barba per me, taglio e colore per lei, oltre a massaggi e pulizia del viso. Sempre estremamente soddisfatti sin da subito. Un grazie speciale a Giuseppe; oltre ad essere un artista con le forbici, è un vero signore per i modi e per l’attenzione al cliente. I have been living in Milan for a few months and after some research we found with my girlfriend the perfect place to be able to rely on professionals in personal care. We tested the major services offered: cut and beard for me, cut and color for her, as well as massages and facial cleansing. Always extremely satisfied right away. A piano terra ci sono le postazioni per quanto riguarda i capelli e al piano di sotto la beauty Spa ?. Ho avuto il piacere di farmi tagliare i capelli da Monica. Una persona davvero dolce e attentissima! Ho lasciato fare a lei, senza dirle niente..e ne sono uscita davvero soddisfatta! É riuscita a far tornare in vita il capello riccio che avevo perso da tanto tempo! Il personale é sempre cordiale e disponibile per qualunque cosa. Per non parlare durante il lavaggio il relax con poltrona massaggiante e massaggio alla testa! Dopo 15 minuti di lavaggio e trattamento, sono stata coccolata altri 10 minuti con questo massaggio rilassante alla testa e nuca. Ancora, quando ci penso, mi rilasso! Tornerò a provare i servizi spa (e tatuaggi?). Per una giornata di assoluto relax vi consiglio Moha♥️
