★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a successful young man. I traveled 2 hours to view a Rolex submariner this shop had. I instantly felt unwelcome by the owner. He let me see the watch but when I tried it on he said "please don't play with the watch". After hearing this I said no its OK, he took it off me and walked of without even saying good bye to me. Incredibly rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Have been collecting watches for over 20 years and have seldom met someone with so little regard for customer service. Gets angry and condescending if you ask questions or want good photos of the watch. After reading similar comments on here and on Chrono24, it seems I am not the only one. Search through the reviews and the word "arrogant" and "arrogance" comes up often!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you would like to raise you rating try to be more humble with your clients, the questions about thousands euros watch are never silly, they are relying in your experience and it's your job explain them why they can buy a 10k watch instead of 300 euros watch, don't assume they know what you know, in all your negative comments you are only justifying your attitude, thats arrogance sir.
