Purtroppo, ultimamente, hanno l'atteggiamento di chi non ha proprio voglia di vendere nulla: zero empatia, zero voglia di assistere il cliente dimostrato da atteggiamento di superiorità e risposte telefoniche evasive. Esempio: sono andato a vedere e ho richiesto un Tag Heuer Monaco e mi hanno rimbalzato con tempi di consegna lunghissimi, senza possibilità di prenotazione e zero sconto, ho appena chiamato per un Tudor Black Bay Chrono e mi hanno, sempre lo stesso commesso, maschio, rimbalzato a richiamare tra 6 mesi senza manco poter prenotare , senza dire la faccia che hanno quando gli chiedi un Rolex qualunque: allucinata manco chiedessi la luna... Morale : Ho trovato gli stessi orologi da altre parti a prezzi inferiori e in pronta consegna. Spiace recensire male ma avendo una attività commerciale non sopporto di essere trattato in questo modo antipatico e supponente, per di più ripetutamente. Con me hanno chiuso definitivamente. Years ago I bought several watches, even of high value in this watchmaking. Unfortunately, lately, they have the attitude of someone who does not really want to sell anything: zero empathy, zero desire to assist the customer demonstrated by an attitude of superiority and evasive telephone answers. Example: I went to see and requested a Tag Heuer Monaco and they bounced me with very long delivery times, no booking options and zero discount, I just called for a Tudor Black Bay Chrono and they have me, always the same salesman, male , bounced back to recall in 6 months without even being able to book, without saying the face they have when you ask them for any Rolex: hallucinated not even asking for the moon ... Moral: I found the same watches elsewhere at lower prices and ready for delivery . Sorry to review badly but having a business I can't stand being treated in this unpleasant and opinionated way, moreover repeatedly. With me they closed definitively.

N	Nicola Di Corrado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare, ti trattano con superficialità, senza professionalità e appena chiedi di voler acquistare un Rolex... ti ridono anche in faccia, non potendo ordinarlo, non potendo neanche fare una manifestazione d'interesse, nulla ti liquidano dicendoti , mi spiace momentaneamente le liste rimarranno chiuse almeno fino al dopo Ginevra, poi fino al mese di Giugno, momento in cui, capiremo quali saranno oggetto di riapertura. Inventano sempre una scusa Meno male che non sono cosi tutti i rivenditori Rolex. Consiglio, non vendete solo al vostro cliente storico, cercate anche di ampliare la vostra clientela. ps. sono riuscito ad acquistare, anche in tempi brevi il mio Rolex, anzi i 2 Rolex.
