a	ahmed boubakri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho recentemente fatto la prova in questa palestra( 19,9euro che verrebbero scontati poi sull’iscrizione)… avendo lavorato in una palestra, ed avendone girate molte, esprimo senza dubbi che è un eccellente palestra, gestita con passione e cordialità, particolare attenzione al rispetto delle regole ed alla condivisione ottimale di spazi comuni anche tra la clientela, il che denota che la mentalità che trasmette la palestra è ordine e serenità. tornerò a brevissimo a iscrivermi I recently took the test in this gym (19.9 euros which would then be discounted on registration) ... having worked in a gym, and having shot many of them, I express without doubt that it is an excellent gym, managed with passion and cordiality, particular attention to respect for the rules and the optimal sharing of common spaces even among customers, which indicates that the mentality that transmits the gym is order and serenity. Ampia sala pesi e funzionale con ampie vetrate da cui entra il sole. Sul tetto si trova la rooftop gym che consente di allenarsi all'aperto. Prezzi ultra competitivi Consigliata! Beautiful club in the center of Milan, located on the second floor of a building in via Gustavo Modena. Large and functional weight room with large windows from which the sun enters. On the roof there is the rooftop gym which allows you to train outdoors. Ultra competitive prices Recommended!

Inoltre molto attenti a igiene e situazione covid, l'area esterna è stata un'ottima soluzione quando è un po affollata Excellent gym for both equipment (outdoor area equipped with racks, bike rower and castle for free body), just renovated the 15 and 20kg barbells. Also very attentive to hygiene and the covid situation, the outdoor area was an excellent solution when it is a bit crowded

Gia' dall'ingresso delle scale si nota la poca cura, e non ti invoglia per nulla a salire, alla reception un sorriso in più non farebbe male. Nonostante tutto la palestra è grande ma i macchinari non proprio nuovi. Inoltre ti offrono un pacchetto extra (aggiungendo dei costi) per macchine e lampade solari obsoleti. Ma la parte peggiore sono gli spogliatoi (vedi foto) davvero in pessimo stato, ho preferito fare la doccia a casa, inoltre non c'è neanche il phon asciugacapelli. Peccato, il prezzo non sicuramente economico per una palestra così. I tried this gym for a few days. Bad experience unfortunately. Already from the entrance of the stairs you can see the lack of care, and it does not entice you to go up at all, at the reception an extra smile would not hurt. Despite everything, the gym is large but the machinery is not exactly new. They also offer you an extra package (adding costs) for outdated solar cars and lamps. But the worst part are the changing rooms (see photo) in really bad condition, I preferred to take a shower at home, also there is no hairdryer. Too bad, the price is certainly not cheap for a gym like this.

Ti alleni alla luce del sole in centro a Milano con bella vista e hanno anche la terrazza se ti piace l'outdoor. Si sono comportati benissimo durante il covid e hanno prorogato durante il lockdown senza fare la minima storia. Darei il massimo (perché la gestione indubbiamente lo merita), ma purtroppo in certe ore è difficile alternarsi agli strumenti e molti clienti sono maleducati (ma non dipende dal management). Gli spazi non sono immensi. Più che consigliata. Very clean gym, very fair prices and maximum courtesy. You train in the sunlight in the center of Milan with good views and they also have a terrace if you like the outdoors. They performed great during the covid and extended during the lockdown without making a fuss. I would give my best (because the management undoubtedly deserves it), but unfortunately at certain times it is difficult to alternate with the tools and many customers are rude (but it does not depend on the management). The spaces are not huge. More than recommended.

They are not being so generous with using their money to buy more machines so at peak time don’t even bother going unless you want to wait in a line to use the ONE cable machine or the ONE leg curl machine etc. and if you do get a chance to use it you’ll have people asking you when are you finished ... ???
