Historic gym in Milan masterfully run by the Capuana family. Open to everyone from the little ones with the pool to the older ones with karate courses and much more. Frequented by families in the area, it offers an accurate service in full compliance with the covid rules. Subscriptions by time slots are able to mitigate the cost and better distribute customers. I enrolled my son in the swimming course exclusively because the structure is very close to home and can be reached on foot. I have no direct experience to give a complete evaluation but from what little I have seen there are several things that in my opinion are wrong: - The course is very expensive more for a small pool (20m). 6 months of course for more than 400 euros! at the cozzi (swimming pool 33 meters) we would have paid less than half. Price out of the market and unjustified given the structure. - There is no possibility to enroll in quarterly courses. Why? Or 6 months or nothing? Didn't they think they would attract more customers with less demanding plans? - At the time of registration I was told that the seats were almost finished but it was a bluff. Apparently my son is the only one in the course! It would seem positive news because the course is practically individual but I would have preferred a little sociality with a course of four or five people. (and in any case I was bothered by the bluff on the number of subscribers). - I tried to propose a friend of my son for a test and I was told that they do not accept trial days by regulation. The reason is not understood. Moreover, the course is deserted and they would have had the opportunity to thicken a deserted course if the test ended positively. Illogical regulation in my opinion and rigidity to the almost Kafkaesque rules. I hope to change my mind in the future seeing the results on my son's swimming skills but at the moment I cannot be satisfied. It amazes me that such a business is still standing due to the lack of customer care, price competitiveness and lack of perspective. After all, the fact that my son is the only one enrolled in the course seems to me a confirmation that something is wrong.
