a	alessandra vicenti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A un anno dalla mia recensione negativa precedente, mi devo ricredere; entrati a pieno regime nel format Audace, il proprietario ha gradualmente attuato politiche di rinnovamento per andare incontro a tutti i target presenti in palestra: convivenza in equilibrio tra corsi strong e corsi olistici attraverso la presenza di due sale dedicate. Nota di merito ad Antonino che lavora in modo efficace e paziente per andare incontro ai clienti, un grazie ai ragazzi che lavorano in reception sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Consiglio per chi ha voglia di ripartire dopo un periodo di fermo il supporto di un personal trainer. Sono bravi, competenti, ho lavorato con 2 di loro in momenti differenti e entrambi si sono messi in ascolto per creare un allenamento in linea con i miei bisogni. Una palestra bella, curata e pulita ad un costo accessibile ( cosa fondamentale di questi tempi) A year after my previous negative review, I have to change my mind; entered fully into the Audace format, the owner gradually implemented renewal policies to meet all the targets in the gym: coexistence in balance between strong courses and holistic courses through the presence of two dedicated rooms. Note of merit to Antonino who works effectively and patiently to meet customers, thanks to the guys who work in reception always smiling and available. Advice for those who want to share the support of a personal trainer after a period of downtime. They are good, competent, I worked with 2 of them at different times and they both listened to create a workout in line with my needs. A nice, well-kept and clean gym at an affordable cost (fundamental thing these days)

Dopo un mese sono entrate in vigore le restrizioni in merito alla situazione covid-19, ma nonostante la sospensione dell'attività il mio pagamento mensile non è stato bloccato. Ho mandato diverse email ad AUDACE richiedendo un rimborso e l'annullamento del mio abbonamento visto che nel frattempo ho perso il lavoro e sono stata costretta a rientrata nella mia regione d'origine, ma non c'è stata alcuna comprensione da parte loro. L'unica cosa che mi è stata offerta è stato un voucher per le mensilità perse oppure l'opzione di recuperare i mesi successivamente. Non vivendo più a Milano non sono riuscita ad utilizzare le soluzioni da loro proposte e quindi ho continuato a pagare le mie mensilità. Ora nuove restrizioni sono entrate in vigore e ho nuovamente scritto ad AUDACE per annullare il mio abbonamento. A distanza di una settimana non ho ancora ricevuto risposta. Ho trovato la gestione di questa situazione senza precedenti poco professionale. Mi sarei almeno aspettata il rimborso per i mesi non goduti. I signed up for this gym in late January with an annual membership. After a month the restrictions regarding the covid-19 situation went into effect, but despite the suspension of the activity my monthly payment was not blocked. I sent several emails to AUDACE requesting a refund and the cancellation of my subscription since in the meantime I lost my job and I was forced to return to my home region, but there was no understanding on their part. The only thing I was offered was a voucher for the lost months or the option to recover the months later. Since I no longer live in Milan, I was unable to use the solutions they proposed and therefore I continued to pay my monthly salaries. Now new restrictions have come into effect and I have again written to AUDACE to cancel my subscription. A week later, I still haven't received an answer. I found the handling of this unprecedented situation unprofessional. I would have at least expected a refund for the months not taken.
e	eugenio spagnuolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho smesso di andarci per tre motivi: non ha più molte macchine essenziali per l’allenamento, sostituite da attrezzi non sempre facili, i manager non sono propriamente cortesi, sembra sempre che ti fanno un favore, e la palestra è mediamente più affollata di altre, pur essendo piccola. L’unico vantaggio è che c’era sempre qualcuno che puliva. Ma troppo poco per decidere di iscrivermi di nuovo lì, in zona a mio avviso c’è di meglio I stopped going there for three reasons: it no longer has many essential training machines, replaced by tools that are not always easy, the managers are not exactly courteous, it always seems that they do you a favor, and the gym is on average more crowded than others , despite being small. The only advantage is that there was always someone cleaning. But too little to decide to sign up there again, in my opinion there is better in the area

Ignorano i messaggi, le mail, se arrivi in palestra a parlare di persona di accompagnano subito fuori dalla porta… Il contratto è stato rispettato dall’inizio di lavoro fino la fine del lavoro. Il mese di ottobre ho lavorato regolarmente (ho tutte le mail con le ore del lavoro. Le dimensioni ho dato a novembre con un anticipo (come era scritto in contratto). Durante tutti i lockdown da parte di palestra non e’ stato dato nessun aiuto neanche sulle parole, e qualsiasi persona cercherà il modo per vivere e guadagnare. Ed ovviamente se c’è una proposta di lavoro la accetti! E poi … il lavoro era pure fuori Italia, perciò non potete dire che il mio comportamento non è stato giusto oppure non ho rispettato il contratto. È l’azienda che non rispetta i suoi lavoratori. Al ritorno in Italia, non avevo neanche pronunciato a tornare a lavorare da voi, ma continuavo a chiedere il mio stipendio di ottobre 2020. Porto la mia opinione lavorativa tramite la recensione su google, perché dopo un anno mezza che cerco di parlare come persona educata, voi non avete fatto nessun azione e semplicemente ignorate e non rispondete! Allora continuo a richiedere il mio stipendio del ottobre 2020 davanti a tutti quanti, siccome ho rispettato il contratto di lavoro e ho lavorato tutto gli anni dando il massimo! During all the lockdowns by the gym, no help was given, not even on words, and any person will look for a way to live and earn. And of course, if there is a job offer, you accept it! And then ... the job was also outside Italy, so you can't say that my behavior wasn't right or I didn't respect the contract. It is the company that does not respect its workers. Upon returning to Italy, I had not even pronounced to return to work with you, but I kept asking for my October 2020 salary. I bring my working opinion via the google review, because after half a year of trying to speak as a polite person, you haven't done any action and just ignore and don't respond! So I continue to ask for my October 2020 salary in front of everyone, since I have respected the employment contract and I have worked all the years giving my best!

The staff is extremely rude, and doesn't make an effort to understand you or explain. They just roll their eyes and tell you to go away. I arrived 30min before closing time thinking I could sneak a small workout only to be met by a very rude receptionist telling me to go away. What happens 1min later? I see another member just walking in freely. No issues. I am assuming because she spoke Italian. Definitely stay away guys! There are alot of better options in Milan.

I strongly believe that under the circumstances any person should get the money for the work he or she does, it is unfair to use and treat people this way. The club itself is not important for the client, but the coach who works on the client's result, the communication and trust. I am in sport for a long time and I can easily change the place just because I want to work with people I trust and pleasant for me. If the club treats the personal like this, it is clearly for me that they don't respect the client.
